The tellers are wonderful, always nice. My problem is that i had unauthorized payment taken out from my account this is the second time

I came here 2 times to update my address in person so that they stop charging me fees. But for thousand reasons they still keep charging me fees. I have couple banks and I don’t use this much. Early this morning I checked my balance and now it’s 0 cause they charge so much fees. I don’t know what kind workers they have but this is a BIG MISTAKE for even trusting them with my MONEY. They need to shut this bank down eating people’s money for no reason. I recommend this to NO ONE.

Extremely busy. Really long lines

Dont do American savings bank choose another bank. These guys locked my card and wont get it unlocked because the certain department that deals with it is closed. So in response to me not being able to pay my bills and buy myself food since July 2nd, the response I got was well we cant do anything sorry theres nothing we can do. All in all there was no point in locking my card if that department isnt operable to UNLOCK it. Horrible bank.

My only comment for this branch is that they should have a Sign In counter visible like some other banks has if you need to do business other than the tellers instead of just seat at the waiting area and next thing you know someone cut in front of you and the wait is kind a long.Thank You!

Been here multiple times, average of 20-30 minute wait to get to a teller each time. Will be looking for a location that should be faster..

Comparing ASB at Ewa Beach to ASB at Waipahu, I would say workers in ASB Ewa Beach are much more enthusiastic about their job. Workers in Waipahu need to improve their speaking skills to people if they are working with peoples financial needs. I mean, the lady that I went to looked like she has no passion about her job. People would appreciate if the workers are much more helpful to their customers.
