We really like and trust Elite Auto Detail. They’ve now done my husbands truck and my car. When my husband came home from a year in Afghanistan, we discovered his truck had been stored wrong and mold had grown. No matter how much we cleaned it ourselves, I felt sick everytime I got in it. We took it to elite auto detail and I have not had a problem since. Then we bought a used vehicle for me and I had an allergic reaction after driving it a few hours. I found dog or cat hair under the seat. When I took it to elite auto, I felt like they truly understood and cared about the fact that my allergies flared up so bad in this car. They removed the seats to detail it and they used an ozone depleter to try to make sure I don’t have any allergic reactions again. Truly appreciate it and will trust these guys with our vehicles from here on out.

Made my vehicle look better than it did when I first bought it, and ensured it passed all inspections for a transfer out of state.

The car was horribly washed! Windows had prints everywhere! When I called to complain about the service, they kept sending me to voicemail. Will never use their service again!

Had a very interesting day. After being in the mainland for a few weeks, my wife picked me up from the airport with our children in my truck. We went to north shore to have a sandwich from Stortos, and a coffee to go from Island vintage coffee. Unfortunately we had spilled the large honey latte coffee completely soaking the armrest and down between the seats. We soaked up what we could and drove straight to Elite Auto Detail, after a friend recommended them that very day. He took us right in and greeted us like family (first time customer). He went into a much detail to clean the spilled coffee, even removing the passenger seat to get the job done right! I was more then satisfied with the work performed. The shop was super clean and organized and I knew from that point on where to take my truck from now on for a full detail. Thank you again Ryan.
