I been taking my cars to Mitsu for the last 15 years. Always professional and easy to do business with them. I would recommend everyone to go see them for whatever car problems you need fixing.

My family and I have been going to this shop for years to fix all of our cars. They are very professional and always nice to us! The owners are very generous and only fix things that actually need to be fixed. They will never tell you that you need to change something if your car really doesn’t need it. Their prices for every type of service is the most reasonable on the island. You will never find deals like this anywhere else! They always give us a quote for things they find wrong with our cars. They never just fix something without asking for our permission first. We love this shop and will continuously be bringing our vehicles to them!

I had front brake pads and rotors replaced. The job was done on time and professionally.

During a routine oil change they charged me an additional $50 to replace the air filter without asking. I guess they saw me coming! I should have told them to take it out and Im mad I didnt stick up for myself in there. I feel like I was really taken. If you want to spend $130 for an oil change this is your shop. They also told me my car would probably start leaking in the next couple weeks and to bring it back to them when it did. My car has under 20k miles so there is no reason for it to start leaking.For those who dont know, an air filter is like barely $20 bucks and takes less than 3 minutes to swap. If youre in there for an oil change it should be included. I wont go back.

Incredible people & service!! They were my go-to while living on Maui - they were always very helpful & I never had any issues going there. The people that work there are very accommodating & overall just such great people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! They also helped me when I was in a bind, & I couldn’t be more appreciative of them. Very nice and polite people. Went in for new brakes and was told that I just needed new pads and the roters were fine. Honest people taking care of your car needs. They even took time to look at an oil leak concern of mine and got directly to the source so I will be returning to have that fixed by Wailuku Automotive. Denise was kind as to let me sit and wait while the work was being done, very pleasant lady!!!!!!

Mitsu will be up front and honest in what needs to be done. I ve had him swap out a motor to having him diagnos problems at hand. Let me tell you he is a true professional in what he does. Honestly I live in Lahaina and I still go to Wailuku to see him.
