TERRIBLE!! This company was the biggest headache I’ve EVER dealt with and will flat out LIE on there customers! I had them come for my AC unit to fix.When the worker (Brandon) came he acted completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I left him alone briefly mostly watching him the whole time. Towards the end of the visit I noticed him standing on the bed did not realize why figured there was a reason. He went outside to the back after he “supposedly” fixed our AC and I noticed it started glitching shutting on and off. When he came back in I asked if that was a normal thing or if he was doing something in the back. He completely brushed over my question stating “it was fine.”After he left the house the AC unit almost immediately started glitching again shutting on and off changing temps. I called my landlord to let him know immediately something wasn’t right what it was doing and that it had happened while the worker was here. I then noticed tiny scraps of wood from the bored i use to step on my bed on the floor and felt the bored was completely unstable and knew immediately he somehow stepping on the ledge had broke the bed. My fiancé got home and immediately noticed the bed plus an abnormal wire sticking out of the AC unit seeing it was not properly put back together. The landlord was told we sent pics and the company said they would be back to fix these issues. We were given a date for them to come. We waited almost a month as after a week our AC unit didn’t even work and had no cold air coming out.My fiancé took off a day of work for these guys to show back up as they promised they were coming that day and would make things right. No show. We called and the boss (Mike )was denying to come back PERIOD because we had addressed that they broke the bed. He then said his tech told him another story and completely wasn’t hearing me THE CUSTOMER.They lied over the bed, the AC being fixed, that they were coming back and then the day of REFUSED to show up to fix our AC that was never fixed to begin with.It was infuriating and I recommend ANYBODY but them as they had no ethics, morals and were completely disrespectful a waste of money and a waste of time!

I took a day off & waited for the service tech to show up & only to be told by Mike the service tech is not coming (I had to call to find this out). Basically, I was told they will not come back to rectify the issue. The AC wasnt fixed on the first visit. Brandon recharged the the AC & put 2 lbs of refrigerant & said theres no leak. Two weeks later the AC was blowing warm air. Also, when Brandon put back the cover for the wall mount air handler he didnt secure the wire properly & the wire is sticking outside the cover & its getting caught by the vane when it opens. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Great customer service and affordable. My 93 year old dad lives in Wailuku and I live on Oahu and his A/C unit was acting up, so I had to coordinate and schedule everything remotely. Pacific air conditioning guys were so sweet and helpful and repaired my dads AC. So happy we didnt have to replace the whole thing.

Highly recommend these guys. We called to have our split AC units serviced and tuned up. Brad did a good job of showing us what we can do to keep our units running smooth. Our units run like brand new again.

Best Air Conditioning company on Maui !! Dont use any one else.
