Second time Ive gone to Jordan, and he is wonderful! Hes friendly, informative and considerate, which seems to be a rarity these days in mechanics. Not to mention he took my kids into consideration when we came in by putting on cartoons for them. Theyre fast and have great prices! I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Jordans Auto and will definitely go back the next time I need any type of service! Id recommend them to anyone.My check engine light had come on and another auto business told me the codes meant my car needed a complete new exhaust system. It was going to be a very expensive job. Jordans Auto was recommended to me from a local Facebook group. I took it there for a second opinion. Wael (the technician and owner) did a complete diagnostic, explained what he found from his inspection and what each of the check engine codes meant. He told me a new exhaust system was one option to fix the problem but there were other MUCH cheaper options we could try first that would just as likely work. Wael seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Im glad I found this place and Ill be back.

This is truly a mom and pop kind of shop with amazing work and great customer service. I would say genuinely he’s the most honest and friendly individually owned auto mechanic shop that I’ve ever been to. He cares about you your money and your car. Highly recommend you call for estimates go see him and his manager (AKA His wife)

You wont find a more fair and honest mechanic anywhere around. Jordan goes above and beyond what is required. He has sent me home several times with suggestions that saved me a ton of money. You will get an honest assessment of the problem and a fair price for the repairs. I always go here first.

I am a college student home due to COVID, and in a pinch I needed some repairs for my car. He was very helpful and so nice! I felt safe going and talking to him about that problems my car was having. Everything was done in a timely manner and I definitely feel as if I paid a fair price for the service. Highly recommend!!

Tremendous service! Have an 08 Subaru Tribeca, not a common car but they were able to complete my car under the time quoted. Called around to other places and their prices were definitely the best. Will now only take my vehicles to Jordans!!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The owner and his family are incredible! They run this business extremely well and each customer is treated like family. I am completely hopeless when it comes to knowing about cars and he always takes care of things. The prices are great and I’m always satisfied with the timely service. I have been using this shop since i first found them a year ago. I went in for an oil change and since i drive a Volkswagen i needed a hard to find oil filter. The owner and his wife spent an hour calling around for this particular filter and when he found them he bought extras just in case i came back.Come back i did. I went in again for another oil change and he informed me that my front right lower control arm needed replaced and called me into the garage to show me the damage. He gave me an estimate and ordered the part. He then told me to stop by after work and he would get me in, the estimate was for an hour and a half he finished the job in twenty minutes. This guy is amazing and local. We should all be supporting local businesses they need us most.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

I just had some work done on my car at Jordans. Very reasonably priced, in and out in under 24 hours, and the owner kept in constant communication, explained the repairs well, and didnt give off the vibe of a snake oil salesman. Ive finally found a shop I feel I can trust!

I was referred to Jordans when I ran in to some car problems last year. I was very impressed with the work and how honorable of a guy he is an how he runs his business. Since my initial visit, Ive had some major vehicle issues and Wael is the guy I bring my car to, all the way from my place of residence in Jackson Twp. He has incredibly fair prices, doesnt try to sell more work than is absolutely needed and is incredibly easy to talk to. I had more work done on my vehicle yesterday (November 12, 2019) and my car is running so much better than before.Highly recommend this business if you need work done on your vehicles!

My car is not the best and needs work. VW what can I say besides that, but I took my car in and I go no place else now for anything. Any issue I have had has been treated with great attention from the simplest to the biggest problems my car has encountered. Finding a trustworthy mechanic in todays world is hard but I have done it and so can you at Jordans Auto Repair. Oh I did I mention the prices, you will not beat the prices they are beyond fair. The Wadsworth Ohio community is lucky to have an upstanding buisnbussuch as this in the community.
