Not only did they fix my car but they handled all communication with the other persons insurance company, set me up with a rental. They treated me like Family and now days you don’t find that. Caliber might do great work but I took my car to a competitor.Caliber did as Ohio insurance regulations require (to be fair about my review) and maximized every slightly damaged item and all steps. Estimate was near-totaled price before removing fender to look for damage, so Caliber opted to not remove fender and insurer pronounced my car TOTALLED.(I waited 2 weeks as Caliber and insurer traded phone calls and documents. I feel there was foot-dragging.)I like this car so I took it across the street for sensible repairs by smaller competitor. (I didnt want to profit on insurance claim, but I did.)Photos shows how *competitor* (not Caliber) saved my car from junkyard.Now I will get a Repaired Salvage Title, after OH Hwy Patrol inspects.

Very pleased with my service I received from Wadsworth Caliber. The customer service was outstanding and their work was very nice. Exceptional service!

Customer service and quality of repair are top-notch. Slight dissatisfaction with the amount of paint residue left inside and outside the vehicle. I dont know if theres much they can do about that because I think its gets displaced as you drive the vehicle and the wind passes through various body panels. Its been more than a week and I still have the smell of paint shop.

Our Honda Civic had some front fender damage from pulling of the garage at an angle -- some parts were pulled out of place. Aaron and crew popped them back into place quickly and at no charge. Weve used Nagys for years for insurance damage repair and are pleased the Caliber appears to be keeping up the quality and customer service!

There work is good not complaining about that and staff friendly but they said 4 days to get my truck out and done needless to say it’s been over 2 weeks and still don’t have it. There timing sucks and they keep lying to me about when my truck will be done. Just to get a damn fender put on come on last time I will be going there!

They did amazing work on my vehicle. First off, the customer service is excellent. The staff upadted me every other day with the progress. Once completed, they called me right away. Maybe Im old school but I was blown away when they washed and waxed the outside and detailed the inside. I cannot recommend Nagys enough!

I am giving them 5 stars for the amazing work they did on my vehicle. I took it for collision damage that I was worried wouldn’t be able to be repaired and after speaking with Aaron he assured me it could be taken care of. Regardless of it taking longer than I would’ve liked it isn’t easy work that these people do and I wasn’t upset about it due to the fact that it was shipping errors on parts(not nagy’s fault). Not only did Aaron and his crew do the repairs but they even did some slight detailing on my interior. Along with him, Jasmine, who works in the office was amazing. She always answered the phone or called with a bright and cheerful attitude and constantly kept my informed about where my car was at and the steps they were taking. She kept my mind at ease consistently and didn’t mind me calling regularly to check in on it. When I came to get my car I was greeted by her smile and she made all the paperwork painless and also informed me of their lifetime warranty they have on all the repairs they do. Thank you to Aaron, Jasmine, and the whole nagy’s crew for making my car look just as good as it had before. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend this place. I am not saying they dont do good work, but they are WAY over priced.

We just picked up our GMC Acadia from Caliber Collision in Wadsworth on Broad Street after having the rear tailgate replaced after a tree decided to walk behind the SUV when is was moving backwards. Their service was superior. There pricing was fair and reasonable. It took less than two days in their shop to perform some major repairs and replacement of body parts.
