I was nervous it was going to be such a high cost due to scratches and bumper damage. Tim made me feel at ease and explained the whole process of what him and his team would do to fix the issue at hand.What impressed me was the fact that even though my vehicle is fairly new.. he asked how long I plan to keep my vehicle because he wanted to make sure he the vehicle restores and keep its natural appearance as long as I have it. He didn’t want to do a quick patch up job to make it look decent but he wanted to ensure he fix the issue at hand so you will never tell there was damage at all. I really appreciated that so much because some places would do patch work and try to get over on you.I dropped my vehicle off to him on a Thursday, he got to it Friday and was ready by Monday. Due to my work schedule he even offered to make sure it would be done by Sunday just so I wouldn’t miss work. Now if that is not going above and beyond then I don’t know what is! Tim was amazing. I had a good dent on the hood of my mustang. He looked at it and gave me the estimate. I looked it over and I was like ok I like the price. So I thought wed make an appointment later I. The week to get the repair done, ummm nope Tim said I can do it now for ya. 1 hour and you cant even see where the dent was. So when I went out with Tim to look at the amazing job he did, he looks at me and said since my car was so clean and beautiful he fixed my chips on the hood also. NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!! Removed a fairly difficult door ding on my truck door. The dent was on the body line. He completely removed the dent. Cannot tell there was any problem whatsoever. Afterwards he polished the area to remove any imperfections. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I noticed a dent on my driver door after leaving the grocery store one day. Apparently, someone opened their door too wide and didnt care that it damaged my car. So after talking with a friend they recommended I contact Dents Vanish. I talked to Tim and sent pictures of the damage to which he promptly responded and I made an appointment. Once he looked at the car he stated that he could fix the dent no problem! So I waited in the waiting room which had a comfy couch, coffee and a TV. I was shocked when he showed me the finished product because you couldnt even tell where the dent was, and he did the work so fast! I will definitely keep him in mind for the future and reccomended him for any dent repair needs.

I called Tim at Dent vanish for my first time yesterday in a panic because I lease this truck of mine with a new big dent with a crease in the center from cause of impact, after a few photos I sent him he said no problem bring it to me in the morning which is today. He exceeded my expectations and the hour trip was worth every bit of getting to the calm in which the work only took him less than 2 hours and I was on my way. The process was easy enough, take a picture of the dent and text it to Tim to get an estimate. He then gave me an estimate and came out 2 days later. He was prompt and even called before arriving. Unbelievable results! Tim is a true master of his trade and the 5 star rating is a reflection of this. I brought in my wifes SUV, which had a half dozen or so dents. A couple of these dents were crease dents, which I thought were going to be impossible to remove. Another dent in the passenger door was quite long (vertical). All of the dents are now gone with no trace of them ever being there. It took a bit longer than the initially planned 4 hours, but this was on a Saturday, so no real rush on our end. Tim communicated the reason for the delay (the aluminum panels) and apologized, stating he wanted to take his time, which I truly appreciated. 100% satisfied and 100% highly recommend. I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Legacy and maliciously opened the rear door my my wife’s SUV into the rear driver side door of my car.
