I called last Friday to make an appointment to fix my fridge. The guy said he could get someone out Monday between 9-12 and they would call 30 min prior. I called back at 12:10 to see what was going on, lady said they called and left a voicemail message (they definitely didn’t) canceling my appt because they couldn’t find a tech in the area to work on Samsungs (I specifically asked about this and he assured me they could). Read through the reviews before making an appointment as it seems there are quite a few others with this experience. The $60 fee is still pending so we’ll see if they actually reimburse me without a fight. Don’t use this number unless you want to waste your morning waiting on someone that never comes.

This company does not have an actual location in our area. Got dispatched to a person who barley spoke English. Made an appointment to have refrigerator repaired. They took the service fee out of my account without my permission before the appointment date. Then they called to cancel the appointment and hour before they were scheduled to come. I ended up having to dispute the service charge with my bank as they would not return the fees.

This company was great at communicating arrival times, with assessing the problems and in looking for solution in cost effective ways. That was why it was them who I called a week ago this time for my dishwasher. They did my washer a year ago and the experience was as awesome as it was today. I already recommended them to friends twice and I will continue to!

Set up an appointment for 4-7. No one ever called or showed up. When I called, they had no explanation besides that they couldnt get in touch with the technician.

I had a tech scheduled for morning to fix a rattling sound in the microwave. He diagnosed and said we need to order a new motor. The total cost of the repair plus the parts was close to what others charge just for the parts so I signed for the full service. I am pleased with the result and this company is now my permanent go to for all my appliance repair needs.

It was worth my money. They were here right away and they did a fast job with my equipment. My stove runs ok, it has been two weeks and it runs very very fine. I like the job and the price.

This is not what it seems. It is not in Wadsworth at all. It’s a number who tries to contact local repairman. They scheduled me an appointment for between 6-8 and at 7 called to say they couldn’t get ahold of a local repairman and wanted me to call tomorrow to try again. I have a broken refrigerator so what I dont want to do is wait another day to maybe get a repairman. But they were fast to charge my credit card to hold my appointment. My opinion, it’s a scam. Hope I get my credit card refunded.
