My husband and I needed some extra hands to help with moving locally. I did my research and saw that this company had some good reviews. I reached out a few days before moving day and they were able to schedule us. I wish I knew the names but the two gentlemen that helped worked fast and efficiently! One even put on my beach hat to save time and get the stuff into our new home! Haha! Whatever works! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future! After scheduling an appointment, I called back asking questions and she was rude along with adding theyve been doing this for so many years. When movers asked me for the address, I told them twice, then asked if they knew where a certain subdivision was. Again, I got, yes, weve been doing this for so many years, and weve been all over the city. So I shut up and I did not spell out the address.Well, they went to the wrong address. When the arrived at the gate, they insisted they were at the right place. I called the office telling them I couldnt open the gate and they said their was no one at the gate. They were forty minutes away!Putting my items down, they made a small dent on wall. I later needed that item but could not get to it with all the boxes piled up. I believed I was overcharged. Due to many interruptions and not wanting to call office when I was angry, it was a month when I called the owner. She was sweet, as with my first encounter with her. Said shed talk to movers and get back, never did.The communication issues added to an already stressful time, resulting in taking a lot longer than needed and costing me more. The last minute I got help, but choose to stay with them with deep regrets.

It was pouring down rain but they protected a beautiful dining room table and they were extremely professional. I could not have asked for a better job! I highly recommend this company!

I have used them twice now and everything was great. They were very patient, professional, nice, and moved quickly. The second time they moved a lot of antique heavy furniture that I was concerned about having to move but it all worked out great. Fair price for Waco moving company.

I was so disappointed with this moving company. They were an hour late, they only gave me a 5% discount for delaying my entire day, and the movers took several breaks while they were billing me $135/hr. Once they got yo my new home they chipped the paint on my walls moving furniture upstairs. We agreed they would take some furniture to Goodwill but because they worked so slow I didn’t want to pay extra to have them move the furniture. I had a terrible experience with this company.

I just moved and I can not praise this company enough. they were so professional, helpful, and amazing at what they do. They were fast friendly and definitely great at Tetris lol. Very affordable movers. Will definitely use them again when we decide to move our stuff out of storage. Got me in fast!

The contract on our house gave us less than ten days to move, and I dont think wed have been able to pull it off without Guerra Brothers. Victor, Miguel and Chuy worked non-stop over two long, hot (100 degree plus) days to get all of our belongings moved into our new home. They were pleasant to work with, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a great job.

Guerra Brothers is a compassionate company that helped me very quickly in a time of need to move all of my belongings. They were kind, understanding, and very fast with their services. I would recommend them as a trustworthy, reliable, and excellent moving company!

2nd time using this company. Scheduled 4 movers to assist, only 3 showed up. Movers started moving items out of garage and placed in the middle of driveway to start wrapping furniture. I called the main office based on the the agreement of 4 movers and hourly rate qouted. Came out to an agreement with main office. Next minute movers were called from main office and the movers put all of their items back in their truck. I asked what is happening, please communicate with me what is going on.The movers said nothing, got into truck and left.All of my items that were in the garage were left in the middle of my driveway. Spoke with the main office as it was happening. The main office said sorry this has never happened before. Indicated they would call me back, that was at 8:45am. As I am writing this post, the main office still has not called back, it is now 12:17pm. My items are still in the driveway and now I need to call and have someone move the items back into the garage.

They did a awesome job. very polite and courteous i would highly recommend! i gave them this review of 5 stars, however they accidentally broke all my glass in the curio cabinet the owner said he would be out next around 10 to measure. i waited and waited and nothing. i called next day and lady didnt know and would tell him to call. Ive heard nothing from him and its been a week. He assured me when moving if anything broke he would take care of it!! yeah right. when i call now they dont answer if they cant even replace the glass think about what would happen if they damaged very valuable furniture. nothing!

I hired Guerra Brothers moving company and was extremely satisfied with the work they did.My house was in complete chaos(3 bed 1bath). They loaded all of my belongings and moved them 20 miles down the road in a total of 4 hours. Juan and Miguel worked non stop and never complained once.They were absolutely careful with my furniture. 3 rooms with beds and multiple dressers with mirrors, fridge, couches, recliners, washer/dryer, numerous boxes, and also put some of my stuff in the trash upon request.I couldn’t be happier with the work they completed. What would have taken me 3 days to do they did in 4 hrs.I highly highly recommend using this crew for anything mover related.Cheapest in town as well.Lucas

They provided fast and friendly service in moving my belongings to a nearby storage and I cant thank them enough! By showing up early it showed their promptness and eagerness to get the job done and I never heard a complaint out of the moving crew. They also handled my belongings with care, which I appreciate. Used this company to move from Midland, TX to Waco, TX. They did arrive about 35 minutes late, but they were quick and affordable. They met our expectations and were able toFit a 3 bedroom house into a single 10x20 storage unit. Great work.

Do not use Guerra Brothers Moving Service! We had a move scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance for January 28, 2016 and they didnt show up the day of the move. We tried multiple times to call to find out what happened but never got a live person. We left multiple voice mails but no one has returned any of our calls yet.You cannot rely on this company to do what they say they will do. Luckily we found another mover to come in at the last minute but it could have been a major disaster.

Movers were 45 minutes late because 1) they left their business at 8 am when I asked them to BE there at 8 am, and 2) they were given an incomplete address, which I told the woman on the other line (Stella, I assume) 3 times. Then they tried to say that they start charging when they leave for the job. Seriously? YOU WERE LATE!!! You were not on the job site on time.Basically, not interested in accountability for their movers or movers they hire to conduct work for them and most definitely not interested in customer service or being professional when talking with customers on the phone. I do not recommend using this company.

Worst experience ever!!!
