The guys had their work cut out for them with my move, and they handled it very well. I had two pickup locations then the delivery location. One location was 43 steps one way so 86 on the round trip up/down. Some of the pieces of furniture I have are new and fragile and the guys handled everything with care. I had no broken/damaged items because they wrapped things that needed it. Long story short, they did a great job and I will be using them again. Even the coordinator in the office was pleasant and responsive. All around great company! Thank you King’s Son!

I had someone cancel last minute to pick up/deliver and assemble my furniture and I called this company and Christine I believe her name was, was able to have one of her crews come within an hour to grab my stuff and assemble it for me! The moving team was great. Got our stuff safely to Georgetown with no problems. The process was seamless, the team had great personalities and were fun to work with, and the one minor hiccup I had was addressed immediately by management. Would work with them again!

The movers (Eric and Johnny) were quick and efficient! They were also very friendly and worked really hard to help us cut costs on our U-Pack trailer (we rented a trailer with U-Pack for a cross-country move since we cant drag a local company all the way to Washington with us. :P). By helping us safely compact everything into the trailer, we were able to save almost $800 in moving expenses! Christine is also great, she was always available to talk to me whenever I had any questions. If youre local, definitely use this company! They work hard and have great rates!

Friendly, fast and professional...we had a issue at the end but I spoke with Martika in the office and she handled it that day! Being a single mom I am very uncomfortable around males I dont know but these guys made me feel comfortable and they are just good people all around. They lost my filing cabinet, broke a dresser drawer, gave misleading information, scratched the wall, broke a chunk off my bookshelf and made promises they did not deliver on. Your movers physically grabbed my filing cabinet and asked if I was taking it and I told them yes. To say they didnt see it so it was not there is false because they physically handled it. To say you gave me a refund is false. You offered a refund and even said you would take a look at my dresser and try to fix it. You neither showed uo to fix anything nor did you give a refund. Your mover expressly stated he would help at no additional cost when I told him to go ahead and stop because I could nit pay for additional time. He did NOT state it would be after business hours. To disagree with what I heard and what he ended up telling you is just a he said she said argument that Im unwilling to get into with you. I do not lie but ut us obvious your movers fo by the sheer fact one of them physically handled my filing cabinet and told you it was not even there I am just glad I had already removed my files. The fact he lied makes me wonder if theft was involved. Why am I making my grievances known now? Because you did not do any of what you stated and I recently saw additional damage your movers made ( a chunk taken out of ny bookshelf and deep scars in the wall of my residence.)

They were great!! Very courteous and hard working!! The only thing is I still had to make a couple trips on my own as the truck was packed and some things were inadvertently left behind. Im going to use them again in the near future as I have some furniture at a different location. They were by-far the least expensive movers Ive used in the last 3-1/2 yrs. Unfortunately, Ive moved 3 separate times some arriving in the Temple area.

These guys are awesome, affordable, fast, and thorough. they helped me PACK and load my house into a truck, and then the next day i gave them a call and they were able to unload everything into a storage unit with almost no notice.
