The staff is great as soon as I walked in I was greeted given the paperwork to fill out and everything went smoothly. Leticia is great at what she does very informative and helpful definitely letting others know to go here if they are wanting a job!

Receptionist is always friendly and attentive to my questions. The staff checks in on us and provides individual help when filling out information on their company computers. The lobby is clean, well maintained and is furnished with beautiful artwork. The computer room has inspirational signs in the room. The staff is also bilingual and adheres to social distancing.

My Husband and I recently moved to Waco and I decided to start working again, I was putting in numerous applications and got responses but nothing worked with my schedule. I put in an application at total placement and was contacted that same day, went in the day after to talk about placement options and openings. Initially sounded like it had potential, I was contacted very quickly after my initial application, and went in for an in person interview. After that, I heard nothing for 2 months.After 2 months- during which I saw numerous jobs posted by them in the admin, office, and management fields- I called back and was told they only have general labor jobs that pay 13/hr. So, apparently they lie about their job postings, or somehow an applicant with a bachelors degree who formerly worked in operations management at a major university is only qualified for a 13/hr manual labor job.

About a year ago, a friend told me about a job opening at his company but I had to go to total placement to apply. I did. Found out after the job was filled that Total Placement never sent them my application. Six months ago before the lockdown they set up an interview but I had to reschedule it because my dog was in an accident. They never called the company to reschedule and when I called them back the next day, no one would answer the phones or return a message. Last straw was the position I applied to a month ago, I have more than enough qualifications for the job. Well the job is still listed and no one has called me about it after I applied to it twice. DO NOT USE THEM. They are horrible and lazy.
