It’s not often I write a review nor is it often I find a technology repair shop with excellent costumer service. Jeremy, the shop manager, was both transparent with the process and cost as well as super focused on making sure I felt welcome and comfortable with his repairs. I brought in an older HP laptop, they were quick to assess and order parts. It was fixed and working great within the week. Did I mention all his work comes with a lifetime warranty??

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? As far as iPhone is concerned they were super fast, very welcoming and friendly with competitive prices! At no point did I feel like they didn’t know what they were doing and was done in record time! Highly recommend them! I am not the easiest person to please but they are good at what they do and super friendly while doing it!!

I shattered my screen from my dorm bed a few days before getting it fixed. It was completely smashed and the top third of my phone screen was not working. I went in to get it fixed and the technician there got it done in 30 minutes. (there is a nearby coffeeshop (Lighthouse) a two minute walk away that I went to wait and do homework while it was being worked on). It feels like a brand new phone, and the technician put on a new screen protector for me. 10/10

We’ve used Skinny’s on several occasions, and have always had an amazing experience. Our store iMac used to take 60+ seconds to launch any basic program. Skinny’s got it running smoothly again. More recently, I accidentally took my iPhone XR for a “swim”. They opened it up for me to make sure everything was completely dried out. These guys are great. A+++. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

They’re fantastic and fast! I called ahead to make sure they repair iPhone X back glass, which they CAN do, but only once a week when the machine is in town. It was very reasonably priced compared to other repair shops here and super fast! They got my phone done in about 2 1/2 hours and it looks perfect. I recommend them highly! Skinnys is so great! I took my water damaged MacBook there to have the battery replaced and they were so helpful. I was charged a reasonable price for my battery replacement and cleaning. My computer came back working beautifully, aside from the bluetooth. I called Skinnys to ask about the bluetooth and they offered to take another look at my computer free of charge! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially college students who might not know the most about where to get a computer repair. Very happy with my experience here!

I am so pleased with the customer service I received. I was prepared to have my speaker replaced on my Galaxy S8 phone after speaking with customer service at Samsung who went through rebooting procedures to try to fix the problem. After taking it here, the lady recommended doing an external cleaning of the speaker to see if that would fix the problem before ordering parts. It Worked!! Best of all, they would not even accept payment for this service stating its no problem at all. I will definitely use them in the future for any repairs I need.

Jeremy was super helpful!! We had an older Mac mini that completely crashed on us at the office, but he was able to replace it with a new hard drive. It’s super fast now as if it was brand new! Super reasonably priced too. Will for sure be using them again!

My iPhone XS had a cracked screen. Front, back, and camera glass. This gentleman named Jeremy greeted me on my arrival and gave me a price to replace all the above(iPhone Doctor refused to work on this model). It takes a few days to get the parts in. In the meantime, the phone crashed. I brought it in and Jeremy restored it for me free of charge! The phone only made it another day before crashing again. I decided not to repair it at this point. Jeremy cheerfully sported my decision. Here he is. Or whatever those parts cost. Encouraging me to do what’s best for me even though it means he doesn’t make a dime! And he seemed so sincere too. It seems like Jeremy actually loves his job and loves helping people! He’s seriously the best customer service person I’ve EVER met! Skinny’s will be seeing me next time an apple device goes down!

Ive gone to Skinnys twice now and have had a great experience both times. This time, they were able to fix the water damage on my laptop without needing to buy any new parts. An incredible experience. Before I went to Skinny’s, I stopped by my AT&T store and was told they couldn’t do anything and I would need a new phone. Before taking that route, I stopped at Skinny’s for a second opinion. Unlike other phone repair shops I’ve been to, this location was bright, clean, airy and modern. Incredible service! Dropped it off at 9 a.m. and had to replace my entire keyboard on a MacBook Air and it was done by 2 p.m. Fair pricing and the workers were so kind and helpful! The shop was really cool; it was like a retro industrial type atmosphere! It helped enstill an assurance that they would take care of my stuff and as if it were their own. My screen quit working so I took it to skinnys. I was met with friendly service and he got my phone fixed very quickly.

Outstanding customer service. I have been a traditional big box customer as they are everywhere, and I travel extensively. My laptop is my money maker. The big box did not stock part I needed, and I would have to order online and then wait 4 days in line for install and data swap. Or buy a new laptop.Jeremy got the part overnight, installed it the next afternoon and had my laptop ready by 5pm. My laptop was only 4 hours away from my fingers.Thank you for the can-do attitude and old school customer service.

I’ve been battling with low volume on the earpiece for several months, decided to swing in and get it repaired. Cayson spent a few minutes cleaning and adjusting handed it back to me and said the only charge is a handshake and a referral....I can finally hear again; relieved it wasn’t my loss of hearing😉.
