MMD Construction is awesome! They had to do major renovations after a flood in my house! This required replacing all the wood flooring in my 2600sq ft home, repairing walls, repainting and replacing laundry room cabinets.They were beyond amazing. Professional and courteous! They were in my home for several weeks but made it as easy to deal with as possible. I would highly recommend them for any work you need to have done!

After dodging a bullet from a cheaper contractor. We used Milan and his crew at MMD construction to remodel our home. He was a pleasure to work with and was informative regarding budget. I think he told me you can’t buy a new Mercedes for the same price as a Honda but you can have a nice car our needs were simple our wants were above our budget. MMD Construction went above and beyond for our kitchen remodel. This was the first time that my wife and I actually have had a construction project come in on-time and at the initial estimated quote. At the recommendation of our architect Sean of 1070 Architecture we brought Milan in during the design phase. I met Milan 8 years ago when I served as president of a parish in San Diego. Milan and MMD were chosen to be general contractor for a large scale commercial project the church was carrying out. Milan and his team were extremely professional, easy to work with and very conscious about the project cost (never exceeded the budget we had). The thing that amazed me the most is that he never played the change order game. This is rare to find in construction. Ever since I worked on few other projects with Milan and his company. MMD built mine and my familys home in the covenant in rancho Santa Fe. The home was a 2 story 6,000 square foot custom home. They worked extremely well with us, our architect, budget and got the job done when they said they would, even with a few extra changes that we made out of the scope of work. The owner Milan and his staff where very good at communicating with us daily which made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. They are very honest, reliable and last but not least was the incredible quality of work that they produce.
