Great place to buy a vehicle. The prices are reasonable and the staff is understanding of difficult situations. They also have down payments as low as $1000.

I had previously given a bad review because a sale dint work out with my son, but I have bought 3 vehicles from these guys, and overall, it had bee a great experience. I never got a lemon from them, and they repaired when necessary. I highly suggest them for used vehicles.

I previously gave this place a 5 star rating because my experienced started off great. I have had my car for almost a month now. I reported issues with the car and was asked to wait 2 weeks before I could bring it in. When I was able to i waited for 2 hours they supposedly checked the car and said it was the Ac compressor that was making a knocking sound behind the front panel. Ok. They asked me to leave my car for a few day. Ridiculous. So I said it shouldnt take that long. So they had me bring it in and asked me to wait. I waited 3 hours for them to look at the car again and so oh we were wrong it is not the Ac compressor. We need you to leave the car with us so we can take it to our mechanic who specializes in Ac. First of all if your mechanic couldnt do the Ac work in the first place how was he going to attempt to fix it when it was the Ac issue from the start. So now its a different Ac issue that they cannot fix and they need to send it to a place that does. Also the mechanic was very rude. The guy who sold me the car want even talk to me and has me dealing with the lady who runs the office and speaks about my car in front of me in Spanish so I never know whats really going on and when I ask its always not a big issue yet they keep asking me to leave it for a few days. Its just bad customer service. It is good for people like me who have shi**y credit but that doesnt mean I should be treated like sh** and taken advantage of thats what me paying a high interest rate is for. Another customer came in my last visit and she was having the same issues them saying its one thing n then saying its another n having her leave her car to take it to another place.

Bought multiple cars from them. USED TO BE a good experience. On the last car we will buy from them, the NEW OWNER MESSED US OVER by demanding a bigger down payment or bring the car back, after my son already bought the car. We were already long time customers. The salesman Luis has always been great but i blame the new owner who is not making good choices business-wise.
