I guess you need I.D to sell your own recycle lol

I ordered trashcans for our new address over a week ago. 1-3 business days they were supposed to be delivered. I keep calling because we have our trash over flowing, the same thing everyday “oh it’s scheduled to come today.” I prepaid for 3 months and now nothing. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get garbage cans at your house.

Not happy! Set up a new service. The woman told me set out cans Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick up. Called at 9:55 am on Tuesday and was told service would not happen until Friday. WTH! Now we have to wait longer for service that was paid for in advance...not good for business.

They missed both 1 yard trash bin and Friday recycle p/u on X-mas week now new years week missed it again for recycle. On the other hand they keep hiking the fees up and up. Been living in same house for 9 years and the cost for garbage has doubled. Ridiculous!!!

They close at 4, but they closed the door on me at 3:30. Somebody has to teach these idiots how to tell time!
