Recently came in for a root canal, I Was very nervous but Dr Guenter made it a very pleasant experience,

Had an appointment scheduled 8:00a.m. For cleaning and x-Rays. Had to shuffle around my work schedule. I get a call 25 minutes before my appointment saying the dental hygienist called in and they have to reschedule my appointment. Not okay.

Williams Family Dental is terrific and has provided excellent dental care for my entire family. When we travel from Texas twice a year to see our relatives, we get our dental work done! It works extremely well for us.Everyone on staff — which is growing! — is top notch.Erica has cleaned my teeth for four years now, and I simply adore her.My son had an aversion to dental drills. Dr. Chandler was amazing when he did a small filling yesterday. My son went from tears to smiles. In the car, he described Dr. Chandler as “gentle”...and now he understands that dental work isn’t scary. (Thank you, Dr, Chandler!)I appreciate the annual dental plan that the office offers and keeps our dental expenses low.The office is centrally located at the corner of West Main and Ranch Road.When you call, you might get a busy signal. (I had forgotten what a busy signal sounds like.) Be patient and try again. I promise it’s worth the effort.

I’ve had pretty terrible experiences with dentists in general in the past, which caused me to avoid them for as long as possible because of the anxiety they caused me.I had a major toothache and no established dentist, but the receptionist was very personable and understanding and got me an appointment same day that accommodated my work schedule.They also took my work schedule into consideration when scheduling me for the subsequent treatment. When I walked in that morning, they were packed (it was Monday), but one of the staff saw me and called me over by name to get me signed in and pay my copay/deductible. The second I was done and about to go sit down, the dental assistant was waiting for me to take me back.I told the staff from the start about my anxiety when it comes to dentists and treatment, and they synced up with me immediately, doing everything possible to reassure me (not excessively). For someone with anxiety like mine, it helped IMMENSELY.First impressions are key; my first impression with this practice is that they truly care about their patients, not just their profit. Interactions are not transactional, they’re personal. I just feel comfortable and safe there.I don’t normally review anything but Amazon orders, but this practice has been so great to me from the gate, I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Thank you!

Not many people get excited about a dentist visit, but after going to see Dr. Williams for the last couple years, it’s a pleasure. The whole staff is very warm, kind and like an extension of family. Sarah, Courtney, Ashley, Katie and Maddie all make visiting the dentist an excellent experience. I would recommend Williams Family Dental to anyone!

If youre looking for a practice that cares about you and your well being first and foremost before anything else, this is the place to call YOUR dentist. All of the staff are great! Theyre kind, pleasant, and professional at all times. The Doctors are truly talented at what they do (and Im convinced Dr. Williams is a part time comedian). My hygienist Madeline, is fantastic. I cant begin to express how much she cares and how talented she is. Always making me feel comfortable and letting me know that my care is her first priority. I cant thank her or the doctors enough for the care Ive recieved. This is the place youve been looking for!!!

Amazing staff. Super friendly. I was recommended here by a close friend who is an Endodontist! Any referral from a doctor to another doctor .. means they can criticize their work. If they highly recommend me, then it must mean I’m getting the best dentist in the area!

I’ve been going to Dr. Williams for over 25 years. The hygienists are professional and make for a positive and relaxed experience. My most recent hygienist, Bre, promised she’d tell my mom on my if I didn’t start flossing and now I just can’t stop! 10/10 recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience today. I was looking for a new dentist and hadnt been to the dentist in a year. I called per my sisters recommendation and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions about my insurance.I went into my appointment to fill out the new client paperwork and was called by Karen (who has worked there for years!) for a mouth scan. I loved her humor and we had a great conversation. She also educates you!Then Dr. Chandler came into double check my teeth to see if any work needed to be done. He was also friendly and professional. Karen was able to get me in for a cleaning with Ellen, who was phenomenal at her job (I try my best to have good dental hygiene so i think that helped) and I enjoyed our conversation. The environment at the office was very welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. It helped to lower the anxiety of visiting a dental office, especially if you havent been in for a check up in a while. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Keith Williams, though I have yet to meet Dr. Williams himself.

Williams Family Dental is incredible. Their staff and the dentist, themselves, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and provide the highest quality in work. I highly recommend Dr Johnson he is amazing!!!

This place makes “going to the dentist” a pleasant statement and experience. It’s nice to be greeted by name when checking in and by a friendly staff. It’s a pleasant atmosphere despite “going to the dentist”..... and It makes easy to stay on top of regular visits. I wouldn’t change my dentist for the world......thanks Dr!

Absolutely best dental office in town! I get my cleaning with Jen every 6 months she’s the best. I do my Invisalign with Dr. Williams, his personality is the best and the whole office is very welcoming.

I could not be happier with Keith as my dentist and the staff could not be any kinder. They have gone out of there way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. After going to a dentist here in town that I would never ever recommend to any one and had the worst experience ever, and he said he had done work he never did and got paid for it by my insurance company, I was very happy to find this kind and gentle man that took the time needed to make me feel cared for. His staff is wonderful and as caring as he is. I very highly recommend Keith and his staff to any one I know and to those I dont, you need him as your dentist. You will get the care you need and the comfort you deserve.Thank you Keith and staff for taking such good care of me and making me feel you care as I know you do.

Excellent care and friendly staff. I have been a patient for 25 years. It is a well-run office.

I am not one to post comments like this, but as a service to any person thinking about stepping foot in the doors of this establishment, I felt it necessary. Today was my first visit to this office and I have to say, I have NEVER had a worse experience at the dentist. This visit lacked confidentiality and was the most painful and disorganized visit I have had to any dentist. The receptionists were wonderful and my hygienist was kind, but beyond that their is little to be desired. During my visit I was painfully poked and prodded to the point that I had to refuse both the hygienist and the Dentist from touching me any further. The door was left open during my exam, allowing every passerby to observe my visit. On top of that the dentist did not greet me when he walked in the room and was present for approximately 30 seconds (after I waited in the chair for 45 minute to see him), before he said I was fine and he left the room. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office, and I urge others to look elsewhere.

I called to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and whitened. When I went in they took xrays, a doctor looked in my mouth and then they told me i was done (no cleaning or whitening!). They said I needed to make two more appointments to have done what I had originally requested... what a waste of time.

He is simply the best. Not only is he a brilliant dentist, but a special human being.
