I just received an evaluation and cleaning for the first time here. I received multiple reminder notifications as well as one 30mins in advance to inform me of my appointment. They did their best to inform me on pricing before anything was started. The very friendly yet professional employees do their utmost best to keep you informed to make the visit as comfortable as possible. And Dr. Bodensteiner is very informative, helpful, personable, and respectful. I highly recommend!

Our family has been going to see Dr. T for over 2 years. We love the staff and Dr. T. Its always a pleasure.

Do not come here. We were loyal up until they charged us $200 for appointments we did not know about. They claimed they sent my mom and I reminders and called us days before our appointments which we never received either. We told them we can print out our phone records to show them we never received anything but they refused. They automatically assumed we deleted the messages. Which once again, we NEVER received. They only go based off of what their system shows them. They tried to use the excuse that they switched systems. False. They are inconsiderate.

I had to have a cavity filled; first one ever! I was extremely nervous and both he and Jeanine were extremely reassuring.. he took extra time to explain everything step by step throughout the process. I expected it to be far worse than it was. I have sensitive teeth and a bad gag reflex and everything was fine. Highly recommended office for many reasons!

I had a great experience with doctor Bodensteiner’s office. It’s very clean,professional,efficient and caring environment. Everything was explained to me in great detail especially when it comes to local anesthetic, and I had no pain whatsoever during the whole time. The personnel is extremely attentive and make you feel like you are the only patient there despite the fact that it’s very busy office. I was referred to this place by my family member and I would certainly recommend it to other people as well. (Side note, they give a bag of goodies on your first visit and there is organic hand lotion at the bathroom and free water bottles at the front desk,not the reason why I liked the office so much but I have to admit that those little things of extra attention make me want to come back).

The office is very friendly and welcoming! Karen did a deep clean on my teeth and she was wonderful! My mouth didn’t even hurt once the numbing wore off. I needed a new dentist who specialized in TMJ, and while I was nervous about leaving my dentist of 15 years, I can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner! Dr. B is very knowledgeable and up to date on what the best options are for your dental needs, and he and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable so that my TMJ was not inflamed or bothered by any of my dental work. Dr. B and his staff are such sweethearts and I can’t recommend them enough! I have definitely found my new dentist!

My experience was so FASNTASTIC!There is no other way to describe it.The staff is genuinely friendly and very attentive. the Dr. is very professional and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I had quite a procedure done on my very first visit there, but I was in and out in about an hour and a half... I could not believe it! During my visit I heard other patients in other rooms chatting and laughing with the staff, It helped me feel much more comfortable with my choice. Everyone is very knowledgable and ready to help anyway they can! Thank you Dr. Michael T. Bodensteiner and staff for such a wonderful visit!

If you have any anxiety about seeing a dentist, this is not the practice for you. The receptionist will bust your chops with nearly every interaction and makes it feel like youre at a free clinic. She was so rude to me, then while in the waiting room I had to endure her totally ripping this poor guy who showed up to his appointment without having confirmed the appointment. It was just too stressful having to call the office or even be in the waiting room. I left two message on Dr. Bodensteiner cell phone about my concern, but he didnt respond. But it was all for the best! I found another dentist who said that Dr. Bodensteiners proposed dental work was excessive and unnecessary. So I saved nearly $300 in dental work by seeing another dentist who only did what I needed. Thanks rude receptionist for forcing me into another practice!!

Lets face it going to the Dentist has never been on anybodys fun list. I have gone to a few in my day and I must say Dr. B & staff are the best. I had one Dentist as a child that made you feel like you had gone 10 Rounds with Ali after the procedure was done. That was Dr. Jepson in Tulare.I find {all the staff } At Dr. Bs office to be friendly and Top Notch! True Professionals doing a tough job and doing it well.On a side note It has been my experience that when somebody really slams a business they are either correct or just never happy with anything or anybody. A quick check of their other reviews will usually show a pattern of always complaining. This place is a true blessing. I drive from Fresno to Visalia to still have this group. I wouldn’t and couldn’t trust any other team to do what they do.Dr. B is absolutely AMAZING but his office staff 🙏🏻 Can not say enough great things about all of them. I suffered from Extreme anxiety when it came to dental work and because of that needed Extreme work and care!I knew I needed the Extreme treatment but because of my fears I went through so many reviews to even feel comfortable enough to make an appointment to seek service (I know extra 🙄 but iykyk).I could not be happier with my choice!
