They treat you like family. If possible they will work you in. I know with this virus they would like for you to have a appointment but otherwise they will take care of you. I have been going their around 20 years. No complaint.

I take my boys there monthly for a trim and typically they do a great job. However our recent cut was not up the expectations at all. Told the stylist how we wanted the cut as normal. Was informed that wasnt a strong cut for them to perform and they would just make it look good. My son came out basically in tears because they took off over 5 inches than he wanted. Maybe if you cant perform the cut pass the job to another stylist who can. It would also be good to know ahead of time that they will be charged adult cut fees and not kids.

When I was new to the area, I had two bad haircuts before I found Joy at Hairline. She cut my hair exactly like I wanted it, she and other stylists at the salon are very friendly, and their prices are reasonable.

I went there for the first time today. Lita did my hair and she did such a Fantastic job! I was nervous about cutting so much hair off but she styled it nicely. Will be back! Thank you so much!!

Wendi is fantastic! Had a consultation with her for my daughter and me ams she took the time to discuss with us of what we wanted done and how much coats would be and how long it will be. I highly recommend this hair salon for all your hair needs. Reasonable pricing and excellent service.

Went in as a walk in, told lady what i wanted, walked out of there with exactly the cut i wanted. Its hard to find a place to get a good cut without paying a fortune. Kudos to hairline!

Loved this place great atmosphere, friendly, cares about you and your hair do. If youre elderly they also cater to you, they have an elderly client tell! Also younger generation like me!

Worst customer service ever! Been going for about 2 years, found out yesterday that I am no longer welcome for Brittany to do my hair because of her not being able to fix a color on me and offered to give me half the refund to go somewhere else. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for a month now and they always made excuses up that they had no available appointments. I have brought Brittany several clients that no longer will be her clients once I find someone else that appreciates their clients. Not even the front desk ladies would tell me why they kept telling me that she won’t take my appointments anymore. So unprofessional!

The salon itself is situated in an easy-to-find place. The people are very nice and kind. Id youre going in for a haircut though, be sure to give detailed instructions as to what you want done.

Me and my mom been going to hairline since 1991, we are a regular customer. Merly the owner is a great person and always cut my hair so neat and nicely. I recommend this place to tried to visit and youll see the best hair stylist in Shore Drive. The place is clean and affordable prices.

These stylists know there stuff. I have never walked out feeling anything less than a rockstar. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reasonably priced, talented salon. The only downfall is they only accept cash, but theres a navy federal atm in the shopping plaza.

Made appointments and no one was there when I went for my first one. I left a message. Called days later out of concern and its excuses. We have your # wrong. Well, I left a message, yeah we cant get into our messages. Just be real......eyebrow waxes are only $8, and my tips are always $2. I get it, my little appointments were a bother.

The atmosphere inside the salon is nice, however, the lady who cut my hair completely messed it up. I do not remember her name but it was not Wendi. The length itself is all uneven across the bottom, the layers are very chunky and cut straight across. And when I put it in a ponytail, the left side was way longer than the right. I kept telling her that my hair needs lots of texturizing and she just wouldnt listen to me and did what she wanted. Im going somewhere else today to get it fixed. Id rather pay for a new haircut all over again than go back here.
