Southern roots used to do a good job, and be a great company. I was a customer up od 15 years up until this week, because of the lack of professionalism, communiction, and above all lack of service.For the past 6 weeks+ everytime their crew has come out to service my property they fail to edge, collect their grass clipping, and blow. The only thing mentioned that gets done is the grass is cut.I called them four weeks in a row, and left numerous emails because they had only cut my grass, and i never got a call back. Then today i get an Happily welcomed email terminating their services... Good Riddance!Its a shame to see a decline in the quality of work that they do, but at this point im a very happy to take my business else where. ANYONE THINKING OF THIS COMPANY AS A PROSPECTIVE SERVICE BEWARE.
