Safe House inspected a used home I was interested in purchasing. The were fast and thorough, and provided an extremely detailed report. It has been a long time since I bought a house, but it was the best thing I have ever seen. It allowed us to negotiate with confidence that there were no surprises. Not cheap, but worth every penny. I can reccomend them without reservation.

Wow is all I can say. This company did our inspection when we purchased our home in 2015. And with very poor inspection it has caused my husband and Our home to be destroyed by moisture and claims that you cannot check the AC temperatures when the heat is on in February and caused so much moisture and is destroying our home with mildew and I called and was told If it wasn’t happening when we bought the house then he wasn’t responsible. So, he failed at the inspection of our siding and how he could not see the the siding was attached to the top of our foundation with a piece of wire and tape that was painted black! So for the 6 years we’ve owned this house because of poor inspection causing major moisture under our house from improper siding and termites had been living in this house well before we purchased it and no one said anything. So far we have lost 15 beams a subfloor and top floor. The entire front of our home is a total nightmare and loss . Cabinets mildew and started 6 months after purchasing our home. Floor buckling up in kitchen! We will be losing 3 wall in the living room and my kitchen and connected guest bathroom, all because you can put your hand right between the siding and top of foundation. Where water snow sleet hail wind has been destroying our home! I have so much heart ache and am learning that responsibility and trust does not matter any more! BUT I WILL MAKE NOTE THAT OUR TERMITE INSPECTOR HAS TAKEN NOTICE OF WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR HOUSE AND HAS STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE AND REPLACED OUR 15 JOIST A NEW SUBFLOOR AND TOP LUON. All at their expense!This was all covered by laminate so it was not seen during inspection but to help us because no one else will. That is a stand up termite company and everybody else just keeps blaming everyone else. But now since our HOI is no help at all. We have to pay to have our house re-sided correctly, our total kitchen is a loss and bathroom as well. I’ve never been more disappointed in my entire life. Dawn Lawton

Safe house arrived 10 minutes prior to the inspection time. They were courteous and polite, they introduced themselves and told us what they plan to inspect.They performed the home inspection as a team and tested the air conditioning system, every window and every door, all appliances including the washer the dryer the stove the refrigerators the dishwasher, all the plumbing including the sinks, toilets, Jacuzzi tub and all the drains. They performed visual inspections of all the systems including the roof, the attic, all of the air conditioning ducts, the incoming gas lines, the exterior air-conditioning components and even the dryer exhaust venting. They used a fleer imaging camera to take pictures of temperature sensitive components and systems. We had also requested an inspection of the main sewer system from the home to the public sewer. They brought a video scoping system and showed us the condition of the plumbing pipes from the home all the way to the city sewer.After the inspection they gave us a verbal briefing and made sure we noted the deficiencies. They provided a 30 plus page written report with pictures of all of the systems and the issues that were found.Along with the inspection they also provided a 90 day or 180 day warrantee on all of the systems they inspected. This includes a leak warranty for the roof.The inspection they performed helped myself and my wife to make decisions about purchasing the home and we were also able to find the major deficiencies that the seller needed to fix before we purchased the home.I very much recommend this company for your next home inspection whether your buying or selling.

This is long overdue but I was more than happy with the home inspection I received from SafeHouse in December. Two inspectors came out and they were extremely thorough, as well as efficient. They walked me through every item during the inspection and all of their findings as well. They took pictures of the issues and included them in their report-- which was available instantly, tabbed, hyperlinked, etc! The inspection was seamless and efficient. It was a complete 180 from a previous inspection I had with another company that had over 100 pages, that took 5 days, of a useless report of items that were vague non-issues but could have scared me away from the property. These were real issues that needed to be fixed and other items that needed to be brought to my attention (i.e., end of life major appliances, roof was 23 years old so insurance turned out to be an issue, etc. ). I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!
