Do yourselves all a favor and DO NOT purchase a home from Simple Real Estate Solutions. Since purchasing my home in late 2019, I’ve had nothing but significant issue after significant issue— $$$$. They misrepresented the house they sold me on a multitude of levels, and it has cost and is still costing me a ton of money. In addition to all the misrepresentation, the work they did on the inside of the home was shoddy to the max! Buyers beware!

I highly recommend Katie and Garrett if you want to sell your home fast. They were fair, honest, and were willing to answer all my questions and concerns in a very timely matter. Closing was just as easy as they said it would be. Thank you, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

My husband inherited an old house that needed over 20k in repairs just to pass a home inspection. We did not have the time and money to invest in all that would be required to sell the property. A friend referred us to Simple Real Estate Solutions explaining that they will buy any house in any condition. We called and they made us an offer the same day. We closed a week later. I was thrilled that it happened so fast with very little effort on our part. They even payed our closing costs.

Clicked mistakenly on something and the four stars appeared and unable to undo. I have not had any dealings with this business other than to receive unwanted and annoying solicitations in the mail. Would appreciate it if the solicitation would stop especially since I have returned marketing material with this request. Will use conventional method for sale when needed. Thanks
