Went in for an appraisal. Fully understood it could take a day to be completed, however, it was done in less than an hour. Mrs. Ficcarro was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her work. Will be going back to purchase wedding bands. Love small businesses like this one!

I would leave NO stars if possible. This lady / owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about taking some links out of a chain that I own and very detailed with my inquiry. Due to the lack of attention she gives her customers she didnt hear exactly what I wanted and instead of trying to understand where I was coming from, she became rude. Im a person that believes in supporting small business but from experience I will be spending my money elsewhere. The customer is what keeps you in business so think about that before being rude.

Bess Ficarra was wonderful. She rhodium-plated a keepsake I got that was silver but was not properly protected. Her assistance was thorough, price was fair, and service was fast. I would highly recommend her.

Wonderful experience at Ficarra Jewelers! I just went into have 2 rings made larger but then I saw a beautiful ring that I loved so I bought it! Mrs. Ficarra was so helpful and so very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Bought my wifes wedding ring two years ago here looks as good now as it did then and got a great price. Just had my wifes necklace that she bought in Italy repaired after one of my children broke it. Cant tell its even been repaired. They are amazing.

I could not be more pleased with this store. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here, and it is absolutely stunning. the craftsmanship on the ring is exquisite, and Im fairly certain the ring gets prettier every time I look at it. Both of us have also experienced outstanding customer service. They spent an entire morning working with him to ensure he got exactly what he wanted, and they were very proactive in helping him. Because Ive never owned anything remotely this nice before, I had lots of questions, and they were very helpful in explaining precisely how to take care of my unique ring. I try to support local businesses in general, but no chain could match the quality, price or service I got here. I will not go anywhere else to buy fine jewelry in the future.

So I gave her one start because if you dont click on the start you cant post anything, so I took my diamonds earring for a very simple repair, I told her that all the diamonds were in place, I guess she dint like that remark, so after a long time she call me to pick them up, when I went home l looked at them carefully with a amplify glass and notice some of the diamonds have been replaced with very bad quality ones, almost like dirty glass pieces .Very disappointed and I am going to call the Better Business Bureau.
