Yes I have the same name, but not related. Both Mr Long and All his staff are GREAT. I went in to get a Appraisal for my watch for my insurance, they said it would be about 24 hours to get it back. It told them less then 24 and the price was reasonable.

Worst customer service ever!In response to your reply, you are correct, your records will not show that I have done business with you all as I went there based off of reviews, which do not seem accurate. We walked in and not one associate greeted us, I guess they just assumed that we were showing ourselves around. When an associate did finally decide to walk over to us, we had questions in which instead of being helpful since we are first time customers, she had an attitude. I understand if she doesnt enjoy her job, and a lot do not, however that is not how you treat customers. This explains why the store was empty. Instead, we went down the street to Diamonds Direct, which had a completely different atmosphere and the associates were very welcoming. Please retrain your associates.

Can’t say enough good things about Long! I recently lost weight and took 3 rings in to get sized down. They were so helpful- and the turn around time was sooo quick!

Would highly recommend Long jewelry for any repairs. Before coming to them I inquired with 3 different jewelers and had a hard time finding someone who would repair a sterling silver gold plated chain. Everyone kept saying the chain would be discolored where the repair would be. Thankfully Long Jewelers was able to fix the break without using a discolored link in the chain. Everyone was super nice and only took a couple of days to fix and very reasonably priced.

Went to J****’s first, to get my engagement ring resized and they said they had to disturb the engraving and MIGHT (“no guarantee”) be able to replace it. (They were also pushy and abrasive)Luckily I didn’t give up and we found Long Jewelers in VB! Gracie was very helpful and kind. Also just got my ring back and guess what?! They worked around the engraving so no harm done! Also they polished it up. It was shinier than when I first bought it!!! Such a happy customer that I just had to share!

Wonderful store! We felt no pressure when were shopping and looking around. We were there only for a repair..the store is beautiful and everyone is very polite! While my repair was being written up they offered to clean my other ring. My repair was done perfectly and quicker than I expected.

Amazing experience. I went to Long Jewelers to replace and upgrade a pre-engagement ring purchased in the 1970s. A planned gift my my 40th anniversary, this was very sentimental to me. With only a memory of the old ring, I was lucky enough to have Deanna as my sales rep. Extremely polite, patient and knowledgeable, she helped me recreate the ring by going through numerous gem, diamond and band options.
