Charlie the dispatcher took such pride and ownership I actually thought he was the owner. He was helpful and actually has a heart for customer service. I called and did not leave a message, I got a call a few minutes later and it was Charlie stating sorry I missed your call. I can assure you in this time and day most people or employees would have thought, well if they didnt leave a message I dont need to call them back. Charlie and his work ethic and customer service skills is a huge advantage for this company.

I have worked with Garrett several times over the years and I have never had any bad experiences or issues with him. He always available when I need his services, he is polite, and he is easy to work with.

The reason why I gave them one star was my neighbor had a dumpster delivered to her house they dropped it in front of my driveway. It’s a dark green dumpster with no reflector on it. When my wife went to leave for work this morning she backed into it and cause damage to her brand new car. I called and spoke to Gary he was more concerned if there was damage to the dumpster then if my wife was hurt. I would never rent a dumpster from this company nor would I recommend him on the way he handled the phone call this morning

Attention all contractors in the state of Virginia, Suffolk, Chesapeake and North Hampton Road. do not do business with Southside containers. do not pay him ahead of time he will dump your trashafter you pay him. thats what happened to me. I do pay him and he dropped all the materials on the front of my yard after I pay him all my money almost $400. he will charge you over charges after you already pay him. do not get him no more business to this guy. he will rip you off the same way he ripped me off. please do not get him no more word to his company. he dont have a signs on his containers. he his recipts by hand. hes not professional.he ripped the yard every time he go on job site. he is not professional. I am general contractor to in for my experience he is very unprofessional and hes going to mess it up.he going to take the money after you pay him he going to dump the trash in front of the house so thats my review for this guy

Spoke to a guy name Garett and hes very nasty and rude!! Definitely dont do business with this company if you can even call them a company!
