My filipina wife and I have been using this Va Beach location forseven years. Service is always excellent and courteous. Rates arefair and delivery in the provinces is by friendly hard working crews.Nothing ever broken or damaged and we have mirenda with themor give them a cold 2 liter coke zero. Our boxes have some hard tofind house building supplies and often hit the 100 pound weight limitalthough we try not to go over 75 pounds. If you are there say hi to Danny for us.

Quick, easy and reliable. Several shipping companies but LBC has been the pioneer, reasonable price. They have the best quality shipping boxes. Only 4 stars because their company in general needs to innovate, keep up with the ever changing economy and technologies.

Sent 8 large boxes from Virginia Beach to Philippines before my move there. The final two are about to arrive but the first six were right on time. Easy to track boxes as they make their wayonline. I dont think you will find a cheaper way to send anything to the Philippines. A large box, unlimited weight only $65. The weight thing is important, you can fit a lot in one of those boxes, some I could barely lift. Everything arrived in good condition. Service is good too, efficient and gave me free boxes for the last two.

Sending money and gifts to family in the Philippines has never been easier. You can drop off your door to door box or call for a pickup if you need to. Finally the usd to php rate is the best I have found they even beat Philippine national bank and Forex.

Sent 3 boxes from NYC to Q City. 2 arrived. One never arrived. They have been us the run around for 3 days now. I suspect they lost it or a worker stole the box. Very upsetting. Too bad. They seemed like a reputable service.Update. After many phone calls and inaccurate information, the box was delivered. My advice is to always ask for a supervisor and a call back for updates. They tend to want to give cookbook excuses and do nothing.
