Love this place help is always courteous and helpful very polite. With 2 kids now in grad school and wifes family all overseas we have used Pak Mail many timed have never been disappointed thnk you Pak Mail.

I shipped an item that sold online and needed something quick. The buyer was very happy with the quality of packaging, and that is what makes for good business! I did end up paying more than I wanted, but thats the price of convenience. Packaging was a bit expensive / postage averageThank you.

Usually take my packages elsewhere, but tried here because I needed some packing material and the location is convenient. I called and asked about pricing and quantity. When I arrived, it was more money and less quantity than quoted for the material. Not a huge deal, but we were also charged 3 times as much as Fedex quoted us online for shipping. When we asked about it, the person insisted that it was correct, though we have never been charged so much for the packages we ship very regularly. I wasnt asked about insurance, or shown the different rates on screen, as is the procedure I usually encounter. Overall I feel like I was got. Perhaps one just pays more for the convenience, and that works for some, but I wont return, and consider it a service failure.

Do not entrust this shady shady shady I cant even stress enough. I so regret having to give this place a star because thats what will allow you to comment. The gentleman at this location would not provide a tracking number. Then proceeded to tell me it would be $8 for a package that cost $3 to ship at the post office. Shame on me...shame on me. Unfortunately I lost $172 because the individual here running the counter said take it or leave it pretty much. I question myself as to why I just didnt walk out and take my item to the post office. I will chop this down as a harsh lesson learned. Avoid this establishment like the bubonic plague.

Best local place to send your mail. Always much quicker than the post office, do not really notice a price difference either.
