First Choice Nurses is a great place to work. Just like any other job, there are times where it can be stressful, but being able to come through for the clients, Nurses, and patients make it all worthwhile. Since I have been here, I have been treated like a part of the family. Peyton and Denise have been very supportive and have given me the tools needed to continue to grow and be successful. The team I work with are exceptional and are willing to go above and beyond for our clients, Nurses, and co-workers!

When I started working for first choice nurses a year and a half ago I had no idea the awesomeness of this company, the owners are so loving and they truly care for their employees including the clinicians and the office staff. I was on my last job for 25 years and was laid off right before covid and sometimes we cannot see the path that God paves for us. Ive been going through some rough times diagnosed in april with T-Cell cancer and the love, compassion, hugs, inspiration, donations of hours so that I can continue my treatment or just a smile from someone to make me smile is all part of my healing process. I know I would not have recieved that from my last job and that is why I say God placed me here. I love working for first choice nurses and being around these wonderful people on a daily basis. Peyton and Denise Lex are awesome owners and very caring, come join our team and I promise you will not regret it .

Horrible company with no ethical morals whatsoever. Political environment mixed with a toxic workplace. I would never want my daughter who is a nurse to work for them, or work in the office itself.

I have been in the health care field 9 years and absolutely love what I do. There has been many companies I have worked for over the years. By far this company has been the best. Being a team member of First Choice Travelers has been nothing but a blessing. I have worked with them doing contract as well as PRN assignments. I highly recommend this company to work for if you’re looking for consistency and balance in your work life. Ask for Rain Guzman, he’s the best recruiter you could ever ask to work with. Although everyone is great!

It was a horrible experience working here, I thought this would be a great place to work and I was very wrong,I would never recommend anyone to work here, They don’t care about there employees, they just want a body and it’s sad, The manager was very rude and nasty in every aspect, they don’t not work with your school schedule, if you have young kids they school schedule or nothing, whateva they say goes, it’s like they own you and if you can do exactly what they say right then and there, they will fire you, it’s a lot of drama in the office I’m not to sure if the owner even knows what’s going on in his office but it is very sad how they try new employees, they don’t give you proper training and then want you to work miracles, they don’t give you a chance to understand they job, they give no writes ups no warnings nothing they just fire you so definitely no job security. It’s so much more I can say but I’ll leave it here, They need to get s new management team or train them properly on our go be a successful manger because the ones they have are horrible with attitudes and never even smile. (Frightening) .

I enjoy the flexibility of the job and each assignment is an adventure. I have met some amazing nurses and learned a lot. The pay is excellent and there is no shortage of work which I enjoy. I’d recommend this agency to all of my nurse friends

Bonnie was the best to me but Lisa and Cassandra think they can say what they want to you without regard because you refuse to work an assignment extremely short and out of compliance with state regulations. Im glad i never quit my job but this isnt it. As long as they pay me for my last day of 8 hours i can give a hoot about working for them. I got a message 15 minutes ago that i was terminated on 8/23/19 when i told them idc that same night about working. Ppl keep your main jobs

Do not quit your regular or part time job to work here full time. The shifts are plenty if you’re not cancelled the same day. The hourly pay is great if you can deal with the constant daily cancellations of shifts you’ve picked up and can afford a few hours on your weekly check. The staff is great. No problem with the office staff, however, the job assignments are very, very unpredictable.

First choice is a great company to work for. Friendly, professional and steady hours. Ill recommend this facility to anyone. They care about their employees and clients. First choice is the way to go.
