Rachel Downs is Career Concierge and she’s always been wonderful. She very easy to work with no matter what the situation is. I would always recommended Vaco to others looking for a career. Rachel Downs is who i’ve primary dealt with and she’s great, compassionate, empathetic and works hard to fit her clients with the right placement for them. She always checks in to make sure all is well or if there’s more she can do and trust me not all employment agencies do that. For some it’s about a commission but I feel with her it’s so much more. I’m thankful and grateful that Vaco found me because this is a perfect relationship. I’ve also had the pleasure to speak with Christopher Deane over the phone and he too in my opinion goes hard for his clients.

VACO really was there for me when I really needed it. I was fired from my job and decided to send my application through indeed. Within a day or two I received a call from CJ to interview with him. CJ was great. With this being my first time working with a temp agency, he made me feel comfortable. He listened to my work background and immediately begin to find employer matches for me. CJ was able to set up 2 interviews and received a nice job offer from one company. In less than 6 months I was brought as a permanent employee. Even after I got hired CJ always checked on me to make sure everything was going well with my employer. VACO has great and I would recommend VACO to everyone I know!

I could never say enough good things about what Vaco did for me. I spoke on multiple occasions with two different people, both of whom were very professional and friendly towards me every time.My main contact was CJ Eiban. CJ was always positive and seemed genuinely interested in me and my job search. I applied with them while I was job searching in hopes they could help me or at the very least not waste any of my time. I was contacted by the head manager then later ended up meeting with one of the recruiters. We had a great interview and she told me some option that seemed very promising. I called her the next day but got no answer then finally when I spoke to her she told me the jobs she told me about werent available but to continue waiting but I never herd from her again
