Abacus has been absolutely wonderful. Very informative and eager to help find the perfect position available for myself. They were quick in the hole process start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their team and truly value the people they bring on. Thank you so much for all you have done for me.

Angela and Alexis are outstanding at their jobs. Couldn’t have gotten this job without them. They both kept in touch with my everyday. Finding a job during the pandemic can be really hard. So many jobs open but so many people applying. Angela had me change my resume and it has helped so much.

Overall the staff is nice and Angela seems to be great. However Latoya is the complete opposite. She doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. She sent me on a job interview and went on vacation the next week so I didn’t hear anything back from her even after she came back from vacation she still never responded to me even though I left emails and voicemails. Oh I found out she was on vacation because I called their manager who is in a different state just to get a response. Since then no one has called me to try and help me, I call the office and still no one answers.

Angela is the best, very friendly. She help me to get a job assignment that we work on for months. We keep in touch and made it happen. She is very understanding and willing to help. Thanks Angela

First of all I would like to thank Hannah condon for her excellent customer service. She helped me find the perfect job I was looking for, I couldn’t be more than happy where I’m at today I would highly recommend anyone to talk to her if your looking for a job.

I would have to absolutely agree with another reviewer who provided a rating for this company. This company has WASTED so much of my time, its ridiculous! Ive received numerous of calls for potential job opportunities but the representatives who contacts you never follows through. I was done with them when Angela(Staffing rep in Va. Beach) contacted me several times in one day about one particular offer. I spoke with her each time she called except the time. she called and left a voicemail at 4:45pm for me to contact her because the manager of a company wanted to speak/interview me. I call back, didnt get an answer(they were closed). I called back the next day, left voicemail and continued to do so a couple days after that until I finally realize she was not gonna call back. The professional thing you do is call a person back and at least let them know the position is not available anymore or whatever. Id understand if i was some worrisome person calling them day in and day out for something and she reacted that way. Anyway, sorry for the lengthy review but i had to share my experiences with them.

Dont return calls nor emails...Make myself available every week and yet still no call or email return to let you know they received it and have anything available or not..I mean whats the point in email.. Only temporary agency that you cant call to see if they have anything available or not...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This staffing agency is very unprofessional. This agency does not return phone calls, voicemails, or emails. The people that actually answer the phone do not help you nor do they have the information you need. Their website will say they offered a job to you when in actuality they have not contacted you at all.

The staff at Abacus are very friendly and helpful..i applied about a month ago and now I am working at my dream job great pay every week and you get benefits in 90 days..Mitcele was very informal and helpful agent she reached out to me and was of easy access..Angela is a wonderful spirited person always friendly and helpful..the receptionist i believe her name is Deaja, is very professional and sweet heart. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone serious about having a job.

I just wanna say that Bianca is one hell of an agent at Abacus Staffing. Ive been signed on with them for a month or so now and I have never seen anyone work as hard as she does. She is constantly on the go and found me more opportunities for me than four other staffing agencies I used combined. She is killin it at this job but I just hope it isnt killin her! Its so hard to get in contact with anyone. My husband has been calling leaving messages, applied online etc still no call. They have many positions open and new ones being added but no calls back. Im not sure what he can do. He tried emailing Hannah back but i guess she doesnt work there anymore because the email came back with an error

This company is good and bad if you can only talk to them by making phone calls then maybe this not the place for you but if you able to speak to them face to face then I would say go apply now

I worked for them 1 time and the job was ok but ever since the job ended they havent been able to find me no work. Now minded u im a retired vet and college grad with management skills and certs i called again last week and some guy told me based off my resume i fit the laborer skills...... REALLY!!! THAT FURTHERMORE LETS ME KNOW THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! 70 YRS DONT MEAN ANYTHING!!!!

Apply a month ago still no call back after doing a long 10 page application taking almost 30 mins. Time wasted that i could never get back

The office is very friendly and seem more like family than colleagues and bosses. I worked with this company for 9 months and look forward to my next assignment.
