Mrs Sheila really wants to help people, I wish I could give this place more stars.

Kim Keiser and staff are absolutely incredible at Reliance. Kim was flexible, informative, and kind throughout my whole experience. I experienced an unusually quick turnover of about 3 months from temp to permanent with the company that I’ve been working for. Reliance truly does their best to promote and prepare you for a position with the company that you are best suited for. It is up to you to prove your work ethic and capacity once you are selected for temporary employment. Thank you, Kim. I couldn’t have done it without you!

I went into this place and applied, they told me that they had nothing. I called in 2 weeks later and was told that i was supposed to be calling in weekly to be put on an active list which i was never told about or to do. I then called in every Monday morning for 10 more weeks until i was finally told about 3 openings with a company. The recruiter told me that she would call me back after she checked to see if I was good for a supervisor position. I waited until Wednesday to call in to see what was going on, and that same recruiter told me that they never had any openings at all and that she would put me on the active list. Then on Friday she texted me telling me to call in that there was an opening, I called in and was sent to her voicemail because she was on the phone. I left my information on that and was never called back.STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

All in all my experience with Reliance Staffing is going very well. I started off with Kim Keiser . She helped me out a lot, and then put me in the very capable hands of Sheila Concitis. Keep up the great work ladies, and stay awesome as well 😁 .

This company makes money with you as a temp, not with you getting hired. In my experience with this company they were decietful. They also care little to nothing about their employees; your experience at the job they place you in doesnt matter to them. They dont care if employees at the company they send you to lie to get you fired. If you call them looking for work after you are wrongfully fired they will lie to you and give you the runaround until you tell them you are going to file an unemployment claim, which would cause their unemployment insurance tax to increase. I spent a little more than 14 months with this company and still wasnt hired because I was told I needed to meet an hours worked quota before they would release me for hire. Working as a temp for Reliance is a waste of your time and energy.Of course you dont have a Bill Billson. I would never use my real name as this company has proven itself deceitful and vindictive.They try to deflect with a diamond rating comeback, but the majority of their temps never get hired.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.And if you cared as much about your employees as you do your Google reviews, you might not have this problem.

I loved the professionalism of the staff (especially Nancy) and I would do it all over again if I could (just with better pay). All in all I really enjoyed working for Reliance and would recommend it to anybody which I already have. Thank you

(TL;DR - Sheila Concitis is an amazing human being, and has left such a positive impact on my life. People may say temp agencys are meh, but not the Reliance in Virgnia Beach. This agency would not be as amazing as it is without Mrs. Sheila being there.)So I am not the most complete person. I am a 24 year old man who is finally starting to get his life together and it has not been easy, struggling for the past six years trying to find my way. The one moment that changed my life around and started my journey back up the ladder of life, the one where everything can be traced back to… was meeting Sheila Concitis. I could never hold on to a job for long before meeting her because I was always so unhappy with what I was doing and where I was at in life. I wanted to work at STIHL, and so I went to Reliance. Well that ended up not working out and so Mrs. Sheila took extra time out of her schedule to talk to me and lift me up and really get to the root of what was going on with me and figuring out what field I wanted to be in for a career. Well I fell down some more on a personal level and went off the grid for a month or two, but Mrs. Sheila still kept trying to call me and e-mail me, not to try and get me a job, but to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Once I got it back together, I gave her a call and talked to her and she mentioned that she had an opportunity in the future that she immediately knew I would like and be good at. So now I am finally at a job I can say that I enjoy and am genuinely happy with where I am in life as a result of Mrs. Sheila not giving up on me and helping give me a foundation to build upon.If you see this Mrs. Sheila, you are one of the most genuine people I have ever met and I appreciate everything you have done for me so much.

Very unprofessional. I called out for the first time after 5 1/2 monthes. Reliance said they never got my message...my message was left after their openning hours. I got a no call no show. My call log still shows me calling Reliance.I got let go.They told me I was being difficult because I told her to look at her computer screen after she said she didnt know if there were jobs available. She told me to go somewhere else.

I still work for these people. They will found you a job. They are very good at helping you found a job. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I worked through Reliance, for Stihl, for nearly 14 months before getting hired by Stihl, Inc. It pained me to allow a company to take a portion of my hourly money, just for having the contract with Stihl. The other negative issue is that if you are one of the fortunate people to get offered overtime, Reliance makes as much as you. On the positive side, there was never an issue with my paycheck being in my account weekly.

The one experience was short, brief and unprofessional. I was literally let go after 1 day of service due not remembering the site interviewers name. Reliance then sent a form asking for feedback and when I gave it, I got a response from a Jim Hoeft telling me that the reasons given to him behind my being let go were something different than what had transpired. The bottom line is your experience with Reliance will boil down the to whatever lies the site tells them with Reliance not remaining neutral.

My husband is getting a job wit them. Professional dont call u often but b ready when they do cause they want that urine. Lol Yandy.
