Dr Keck was very helpful . I’ve been having issues with pain and swelling in my hands. She ordered an ultrasound test and blood work. She thoroughly explained the findings and my options. Also, I never felt rushed. I was able to ask questions and she gave me a lot of time.

I am very Pleased with the care I get from Dr Tatiana Keck. I had to choose between 2 health plans. I had an amazing PCP that was on one plan and Dr Keck was on the other plan. I choose the plan with Dr Keck as my Rheumatologist because I have a deeper concern for my condition and I knew that I could find another amazing PCP, which I did. Dr Keck is very friendly and always make sure to listen to my concerns without rushing me and she explains everything in great detail. Her office staff is Amazing and very helpful and friendly. Dr. Keck is a real keeper.

I seen Dr. Cannon and nurse practitioner Sally they are the best. I left my former RA specialist because he had a god complex and his office was Impossible to reach. By the time I came to Dr. Cannon I was discouraged and didnt even brother telling him about my daily pain. i felt like it would be pointless and be told it was in my head again. Dr. Cannon ran blood work to confirm it was not in my head and show that my RA was high he listened to me and now my daily pain has gotten so much better.

Great visit with Nurse Practitioner Sally. First time I have seen her. She was thoughtful and took the time to explain things to me. In addition, William in the lab is ALWAYS cheerful. He answers my questions and makes getting my lab-work worthwhile. What a great day with both of these team assets!

I cant say enough about the staff! Sally Clark takes her time reviewing each visit and you are never rushed out the door. She listens to what I have to say. Tonya has been the primary nurse that has worked on my case with Sally.Tonya always goes the extra mile when I have questions and need follow-up. Mildred has been great as well. The front desk staff are always helpful and William and his team in the lab are awesome! I would highly recommend Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater!

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Cannon for many years and I can honestly say he’s the best. He listens to my concerns about my condition and offers me great advice. I’m not a easy patient to have walk through the lab doors because I had a fear of needles but William S has even worked with me on that . We now joke about which arm is going to act right. I’m always asked why do I live out by Suffolk but come to Va Beach for my appointments, it’s easy to answer TRUST. I trust that every member of the staff I come in contact with when visiting the office will look out for me. I was diagnosed with moderate/severe RA in 1996. I lived somewhere else then, and have moved around a bit over the years because of family member is in the Navy. I have been a patient of Dr. Cannon since end of 2013 until now. I feel very cared for and listened to from all the staff. Everyone in the office will go out of their way to assist you. Dr Canon is extremely knowledgeable,helpful, and generous with his time. He has helped me to have a good quality of life, and always offers me ways to be as well as possible. Everyone is super friendly and informative. Front desk, nursing staff, infusion room and the Drs are great. William in the lab is awesome. Dallas and Linda are great in the infusion room. Highly recommend this practice.

I was seen by Dr Keck on 4/29! I have never been treated so bad, rude and hurtful! Checked in with knees pain in both knees! Left body shamed,(because I am a large woman) was told to come back in two months when I lose weight! And was the fist pump at the end due to me being BLACK!STAY AWAY from Dr Keck if you are Black and Obese!!

I am sooo delighted to have changed to this practice. I feel my doctor listens to my problems and finds a way to make them better.

I have been seeing Dr. Siegel for several years and he has been very patient, reassuring and attentive at each visit. The care has greatly improved my quality of life. He is very thorough and I have never felt rushed during a visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Siegel.

My favorite phlebotomist and LPN are Shirley and William! Eventhough needles are not very fun, these two amazing people make a trip to the lab as great of an experience as possible because of their kind hearts and hilarious personalities! Laughter is the best medicine and the lab is where it is at thanks to Shirley and William! I am also beyond grateful for my hero of a doctor, Dr. Gary Siegel, who has continued to help me overcome health obstacles! A big thank you to Dr. Cannon, Dr. Sherwood, all of the Nurse Practicioners, Nurses, and the exceptional members of the administrative team!

Customer service skills are non existent with office staff. MDs are very nice and work to track down a valid diagnosis and treatment, but not worth the hassle with the administrative staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Michael Cannon for 10 years. Through his carefully considered and attentive care, I have attained a quality of life that I would not otherwise have been able to enjoy. He has managed my pain and assisted my mobility through measured, specific, thoughtful care. Without his guidance through my RA difficulties and flares, I often think I would be housebound. I have also found his staff, receptionist, and care team to be extremely kind, courteous and helpful. They have, without fail, returned calls promptly and politely. I have been an educator my entire life and I am delighted to give Dr. Cannon and his staff an A+ in all areas. Well done, care team!

This doctor is no good this office is rude... I have had the worst experience with this office never would I recommend anyone to them... Dr. Gary who I seen I gave me a diagnosis of fibromyalgia... if you know what it is then you know how painful it can be...but any how this doctor gave the diagnosis and told me to go home an read up on it never mention I need pain management treatment never mention I need physical therapy.. an I come to him for help I had to found out on my own that there were some type of treatment they can do... so I had to search for my own doctors and I had to keep calling the nurse to even try to figure this out...I wouldn’t recommend this office to any one Dr. Gary falsified information on my paperwork for disability he has committed a crime... I will not rest until this office pay for what they have done.. this office do not care about their clients... when I questioned the false information they called the police I was very upset cause I knew for facts that this doctor straight up lied I am planning on seeking justice in this matter..

So far I have had positive feedback. The personnel at front desk are very nice and cordial, the nurses and assistant for Dr Keck are very nice . Dr Keck is very patient with me and she checks my record to better serve me. Dr. Sherwood has no bedside manner. Did not read any of my former medical files, I’ve had this disease for 13 years. Constantly argued with me about my preferred method of pain management; I prefer prednisone and it was a fight every time just to get a prescription. Unbelievable. I’ve never had a doctor not listen to my symptoms, discuss pain management, or care about the future of my disease and how I want to live my life. I can’t say this enough this is the worst doctors office I have ever visited.

Took a month to even get an appointment and then saw Dr Keckwho recommended a $20,000yr med. Never heard back from her or office if meds approved by my insurance even after I sent a letter requesting what I was to do next. Felt no one cared.

Ive been seeing Dr Siegel off and on for 7 years. Although it takes some time to get a new patient appt. its totally worth it. I have personally always been treated with the utmost respect by ALL the staff, especially Dr Siegel. I am so grateful to Dr Siegel for diagnosing my issues and offering me a few different options to choose from.

When you call their office, they answer the phone unlike most offices that send you to voicemail.The staff is absolutely friendly and efficient.

I saw Dr. Keck. I would not reccomend this doctor. No bedside manner. Rude and harsh. The staff at the desk and lab were fantastic! I give them 5 stars. If you are overweight save yourself the humiliation.

Waited 3 months for an appt with Dr Keck. She was rude and dismissive of my symptoms. Ordered tests almost two months ago and still have not received the results. Avoid this office if you can!

Discouraged by my first appointment which I waited for for 2 months. The doctor hadnt looked at any of my records before my appointment. She felt on parts of my body without telling me what she was doing. Not that Id asked, but she said I dont know what to prescribe you since you cant take ibuprofen... Um.. Ive never had a doctor say they didnt know what meds I could take because I cant take anti inflammatory meds.. She wanted to run tests that have already been done then see me again in a month. Um, hello, Ive been in severe pain for almost a year! Oh, and she asks if theres anything that makes my pain worse, so I tell her sitting is one thing. She then says ok, get off the table and have a sit.. smh.. I dont have high hopes.

If in severe pain STAY AWAY from Dr. Keck and Arthritis Consultants/Tidewater Rheumatology on First Colonial Rd in Va Beach. She left me in SEVERE pain for so called ultra sounds or scans on my knuckles and other unneeded procedures. I had very bad swollen knuckles and toes, knuckles swelled so bad I cant open a coke bottle. It was highly visible to the naked eye. Told her it was possibly psoriatic arthritis because I had issues with bad psoriasis at one time. She had me strip completely down and started playing with my knees & elbows. WHAT? I told her it was my toes and knuckles and I couldnt be on my feet for even an hour and often had to crawl up the steps and she had the nerve to tell me to take ibuprofen and take a run. When that was said it took all my will to hold back my emotions. I wanted, needed something for pain while waiting for future appointments or tests. Have SEVERE arthritis and some just cant wait that long with work.I am now out of work because of the pain. Thanks a ton Doctor, if you really call yourself one. Come to find out she is from Siberia, a Russian communist. A bit of advice - learn better English Tatiana, you have zero empathy or bedside manner to actually be a doctor. I felt lower than a dog when leaving your establishment, Tidewater Rheumatology. The office staff is extremely rude. I actually called my primary doctor and asked if they could send my referral to a different doctors office. Arthritis Consultants is literally 3 minutes from my house but I will be driving to Norfolk. =(
