Very friendly and helpful! Picked up a battery to be installed in my laptop. Took the battery and laptop to Best Buy because I have the Geek Squad plan where they were supposed to do the install under the plan agreement, but they declined to do the work because they said a thermal event could happen. So, took the battery and laptop back to the Computer Guy and they did the work with no problems in about 10 minutes! I would highly recommend this store for computer service.

I took my computer in for repair here because I saw good reviews, and let me say, they are accurate. I was expecting to spend 500$ + to fix my computer because I couldent figure out what was wrong with it. These gentlemen took ten minutes, walked me through what they were doing, diagnosed the problems, were able to do a few quick fixes, and she booted right up. And they only charged me 40$ !! I am absolutely blown away by the customer service, the price, and the friendliness, if you need your computer repaired, BRING IT HERE! If I ever need help with technology again, I am bringing it here! thanks again guys! Made my entire week!

My experience was not good at all and I will not recommend this shop to anyone. This is the 3rd time they have let me down and it will be the last. I went to them last week with a failing hard drive in my desktop computer and I told them to replace the hard drive and reload Windows 10 Pro. It took them 2 1/2 days to do this and when I got home with my computer it was a huge mess. I had Windows 10 Pro on the computer and they loaded Windows 10 Home. I was not able to run 2 monitors after they worked on it and I could before I took it to them. I also could not connect to the Internet and I could before I took my computer to them and there were many other problems that were not there before. It took me 3 days to get my computer working right and fix the mess they created and found out they never loaded any of the drivers. They have never responded to my requests for help or an explanation of why they didnt listen to me and why they messed my computer. I have disputed their charge to my credit card and I will never go back and suggest others avoid them as well.

Professional, competent and helpful. Had work done on two computers. One was data recovery and the second was fixing a problem one startup. Both times the people working there were helpful in explaining the options, potential issues and the associated costs. Highly recommended.

Usually i do not trust a lot of places with a nice gaming pc but as soon as i walked into this store all my worries went away. David is great. He just repaired my 14 month old laptop and made me a happy camper again. He replaced the failing hard drive and transferred everything from my old hard drive to the new one. My computer is running perfect and I am very happy that I did not have to do any program installations.
