When I called to express my frustration with them for not showing up nor calling about a scheduled appt., the guy went off on a rant about Covid. Said this country needed to get back to work and that his tech getting a Covid shot was more important than my appt or anything else.Wow! I guess he thinks his company is the only one suffering.
