Edwin did an AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!!! 110% worth the money! It even looked clean still after it dried. I called for SAME DAY service and he arrived in 2 hours. The price I was given over the phone was the price he charged and he didnt try to sales pitch me into getting more. I got this service for my rental property and now I want it for my house too. Thanks again for an amazing job and great customer service.

Joseph was so great! We just moved in and were told the white carpets had been cleaned although there were still quite a few stains. Joseph was able to get them much cleaner, and get my couch, love seat, and wool area rug looking fresh and clean. The price was very competitive. Overall a great value and will definitely use again.

From the first contact on the phone to completion of the job they absolutely nailed it. When I called In I was greeted with a very kind and polite csr who was very informative. Once my ticket was booked I received a notification and was able to confirm the booking. I was called the day before service as a reminder of our appointment (which is outstanding as Im pretty forgetful). When the technician arrived (Joseph Jones) he was very polite. Walked around the house with my wife as she showed him the worst areas and went right to work. All the machines are mounted inside their vehicles which is nice because they can be pretty loud. He took the time to answer all questions that the bosses had (my sons) and was very friendly to our dog as well. Joseph was very thorough with his cleaning and had great attention to detail.I will be using this company from now on because of the exceptional experience we had from start to finish.

They even have an awesome door guard to ensure pets dont escape during the cleaning process, made my day easier knowing I didnt have to police my two cats. I found Dry-N-Clean Carpet Cleaning through a search. The reviews that I read were all very good! My call was answered immediately and the company came out the same day! I was called 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way. When Matt arrived to service our carpets he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.Our carpets look brand new again and I couldn’t be more pleased! Matt also left us with a bottle of premium spotter that we can use on spots ourselves! That was icing on the cake! Carpets looked ok, but did not have a clean, fresh smell.Downstairs tile and grout to be cleaned and sealed....trainwreck. Grout was dark in some places and almost white in others. Looks horrible. Damage done to newly painted walls by what looks like the cleaning hose drug back and forth on wall corners leaving large scuff marks and actually filing down the corner of the wall in some places. I have movers comming with my furniture in 3 days...this is a disaster...Im heart broken.

I called and was able to schedule a carpet cleaning the next day. My dog had an accident and I couldnt get the smell out. The carpet cleaner arrived on time and was very professional. He inspected the carpet, made an assessment, and made a recommendation for the level of cleaning I needed. At the end of it, my carpet was cleaned but the next day, a smell was still present. I called Allens Dry-N-Clean the next day to see what could be done and they scheduled a touch up appointment within the same week. The second tech was just as professional as the first, told me what his plan of attack was, and quickly took care of the smell... at no extra charge. Highly recommend Allens Dry-N-Clean and will contact them again if I need any more cleanings done. A++ work.

From the time I called to schedule my 1st ever appointment to the completion of the job Allens Dry-N-Clean was on point. I was given an estimate over the phone and had an email confirmation just after the call & appt scheduled in less than a week. Reminders given in between and Matt showed up promptly w/a smile and explaining what to expect. Approx 3 hours later I had my sleeper sofa, two side chairs w/ottomans and two area rugs completed for a fair price. Will definitely use and recommend this company in the future. I support local/family run businesses.

Buyer beware. Personally I would have shopped around and used a carpet cleaner of my choice but my lease requires me to use the one that they have approved. When calling to schedule my cleaning I made sure to let the woman I spoke with that I needed all the pet treatments, spot and odor along with flea treatment per my lease agreement. She apparently forgot that the head guy can only do the flea treatment and decided to send a guy that is not approved to provide that service. In addition to that she gave me a price for what the service would be around and suddenly once the service technician arrives this morning it’s significantly more even after he can not do the flea treatment and stating he is giving me 50% off the pet spot and odor treatment. I would never recommend that anyone use this company completely waisted my time now that I have to wait until the boss can come out to do the flea treatment.

I am a real customer. I google-searched for a carpet cleaning service and decided to use Allens because the website was very professionally presented. I was not disappointed. The service tech arrived on time, was very courteous and careful, and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet areas. The carpet was very soiled with blood and coffee and he got all the stains up and the carpet now looks as good as new. I highly recommend this company.

Solid work! Moving out and the carpets were in need of a facelift but this company came thru and practically performed CPR on my carpets and brought them back to life!

It was easy to schedule an appointment to clean my carpets. Ashlei was very quick and responsive. I have very light/cream colored carpet. Based on the other 5-star reviews, I was hoping have my socks knocked off and to see the carpet look like-new again. The first tech was very courteous, respectful, and thorough. But once my carpet dried, I didnt feel the wow factor I had been expecting. I contacted Ashlei and she responded right away. She had another tech come out right away to do a touch-up. The 2nd tech explained that based on the age of my carpet, and that it wasnt the highest quality carpet to begin with, it was not realistic to expect them to look like-new again. I totally appreciated his explanation, and he even went back over and cleaned the carpets again. I 100% appreciate this companys thoroughness, professionalism, and desire to satisfy the customer! I was highly impressed by my service yesterday! Eric was wonderful. He showed up right on time, and I even received a text message when he was on the way! I unexpectedly made it a little more challenging for him living on the third floor of my apartment complex. Because of that, the hose wasn’t long enough to get to my apartment. However, he didn’t give up! He was able to acquire extra length, which was delivered by Robert, who was so very kind and helpful! Instead of stressing, Eric stayed very dedicated and professional through the process. I was impressed by how efficient he was deep cleaning my carpet and couch and removing cat odor and stains.
