I have been coming here for at least 15 years and they always provide the best service, but this year Neely went above and beyond to help us resolve some issues. Highly recommend their services!

This morning my husband and I visited Fastax, Inc. My husband found out about this company under the Dave Ramsey ELP. My husband and I relocated back to the Hampton roads area about a little over a year ago, so we wanted to have a reputable company complete our taxes this year. Unfortunately, we were unable to have that completed do to an error in marketing for this company. We were told by their marketing manager that we could have a quick consultation with the tax consultant prior to handing over our information. However, the office manager was not shy in explaining how information may have been misrepresented right in front of us. She went back and forth with a brief exchange between my husband and I, and continued to say to us “I don’t know what you want” with a very rude tone. She invited another colleague over to discuss information. However, by that time due to the rude costumer service my husband and I received we quickly thanked the tax consultant and proceeded to leave. The most appalling thing is the office manager was rude from the beginning, while conversing with her. She asked us “who did you speak with” and my husband said “I believe her name was Amanda”, and she stated “We don’t have an Amanda working here” with a tone that totally rubbed us the wrong way. My point for this blurb is: customer service is everything!! The tone of voice you use is everything!! The irony is we found this on Dave Ramsey’s website! Dave Ramsey believes in cristian principles and clearly stated that the locations they suggest are reviewed. If the owner reads this, I welcome a response! I would love to give you further details regarding our experience. I will be getting in touch with the marketing specialist for this company to further discuss our experience. If you want fast service, and a rude office manager interacting with you feel free to use this company. In addition, I understand Fast tax means fast service, but when I hand over my private information I want to learn a little about the company first!
