Very friendly

I had a situation with a hotel I stayed in the beginning on July. When I called to speak with the management, no one was in the office which was understood however, the receptionist couldnt even tell me when they would be returning. When I finally received a call back I asked for assistance in getting the wrong doing corrected. The reply I go was Do you have factual proof? I was told that a internal investigation had been conducted but, when I asked for a copy of their report I was told that there wasnt one which I commented that I figured so because a investigation hadnt actually been done. This company has plenty of smooth talk to cover up their faults and I wouldnt recommend staying at ANY of their hotels (practically any hotel right off Virginia Beach) because I am sure they do business the same at every location. Id give them a half star but, thats not even possible.

Worst company to work for ever especially holiday inn north beach !

You would be hard pressed to find another company that is as filled with people that have deep integrity, sincere care and ardent devotion to service than Coastal Hospitality!
