Needed to get a drug test for a job ASAP. Walked in without an appointment at 400 pm. The staff was extremely friendly and made a drug test almost… enjoyable and professional. The results were even back the next day! I have been to many different places for drug tests for my job and this by far was the fastest!

My mom went in for a few blood tests and had a great experience. The staff was very professional and efficient and always answered phone calls quickly. The price for the tests was also great. A good and efficient business.

After we found office, in the truck stop, very easy experience... The staff couldn’t have been nicer... Process of checking in, testing (not bad at all) waiting for results took about 30 minutes for two... Highly recommend!!!

Superb Staff,Professional,Friendly and if you have any concerns or questions they will address them. Only down effect is that they may need an extra Staff due to the traffic, although at the same time they do move swiftly. I just think that it’s fair to have an extra person. You never want to over work your beat Staffs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, covid rapid test very straight forward. Joy was personable, professional and was able to clearly answer any questions that I had. She mad the test as easy and easy as possible and sent me on my way.

The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! Joy and Darius are the ultimate team duo and they made my experience a breeze. I always have a nervousness about drug testing and these two helped to ease my fears. Such professionalism and courteousness for those with fears. Went in for a DOT physical, no appointment. All the staff were wonderful and patient. I am terribly nervous in doctors offices, but I was treated so well and seen so quickly that I almost forgot how nervous I was! Thanks to all the ladies there.

Went for my DOT physicals here. The whole experience was great! Everything was checked, all required questions asked. I didnt feel like patient in some clinic or a lab rat at all. Everything is done in a very professional, positive, and a timely manner.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I went here for a PPD test. Once I got there the personnel in the office seemed like they were bothered I was there to begin with. I told them the service I needed and paid (before the service was even provided). While waiting for her to get everything ready I had to fill and sign paperwork. I want to point out the fact that this paperwork had nothing written on it by anyone else other than the information I was filling in. No times, no dates, no deadlines, nothing. It was just the standard waivers and whatnot. Once I go in to get the little bubble in my arm then the nurse completes the paperwork and fills out the rest of the blanks. She tells me nothing in regards to the information she is writing in this paperwork. We talk about the times the establishment is open for me to come back in and get the PPD read. Well anyway, today I come in to get the PPD read and the nurse tells me she can’t read it because I am late (mind you, the other nurse never told me I had a deadline - she told me I could come either Friday or Saturday and told me the times the place was open). I was not late by a day or anything crazy... I was late BY 30 MINUTES (according to what she wrote on the paper, which she never told me about).... she then has the audacity to tell me I would have to pay again and go through the whole process again. Who runs this place? What an embarrassment of a place. I moved here very recently and I can very confidently say I have dealt with nothing but unreliable and unreasonable people and places.Don’t go here! Go somewhere else to get your testing done.And to add: I will look into HIPPA laws as I gave you absolutely no permission to post in here what documents I signed. As I stated on the phone with you I was given a stack of papers as soon as I walked in the door, whatever information was input in these documents after I signed them I have no knowledge of. I have no card reminder and we did not discuss any deadlines for me to come back. You DO NOT run a reliable business and you should probably address the communication portion from your staff. I stand 100% by what I said and if the information you posted infringes my rights of privacy you will hear from my lawyer.Sincerely,From an HR Manager to you, the business owner. I dropped in with out an appointment to get my pre-surgery labs done. Its a small office tucked in by the restaurant. When I arrived there were 3 people ahead of me and one person working there. I was still greeted even though she was busy. I think I only waited a total of 30 minutes. Its a busy little place but managed very well by the woman who was working there. But beyond running the office efficiently shes also a top notch phlebotomist! I mean look at my arm. That is one clean stick with no bruising. I would definitely recommend this place 💗

Very pleasant experience. I had to get Labs done at the last minute for a upcoming procedure. They were able to take me right away and the staff was very professional. My doctors office received results and so did I without having to call. I will be using their services again and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place to everyone. Physicals, DNA testing, flu shots, etc. They do it all!Thank you Labs to GO!

A small, intimate office with a cool, down-to-earth, and professional staff. I felt comfortable and at ease my entire time there. My DOT physical was thorough and efficent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Im extremely satisfied and can only hope Im in the area again when its time to renew.

If you feel like waiting for 2+ hours in a room no bigger than a midget, with a waiting room that has 4 chairs, tucked in the back of a restaurant to have your physicals done then by all means go here.
