Staples Tub Services did a wonderful job on our kitchen countertops. Many colors to choose from, they look like granite! The cost was much cheaper than replacing our old out dated counters. Very professional, we are so pleased!

Their work on the actual tub was great. Unfortunately I sent these pictures to them where they got paint on my wall and a fine spray of paint all over the vanity and its contents, and they never got back with me. Not a peep. I also didn’t notice this until they were gone and I’d already paid for the job.

We are very pleased with our tub reglaze! The technicians & office staff were very professional. Much more affordable option for remodeling rather than the hassle of ripping our tub out. it looks like new!

I called this company for a crack in my tub (or tub liner) and two people came out the following week. They measures the tub and said I would need a new insert and it would be in within a week. Two weeks later after me calling I get a schedule return the following week. Repair team comes out and does 2 hours of work and states the piece they order did not fit, as the team who originally came out did not measure correctly. I have to wait till the following week (Friday to Monday) for them to come back out and was unable to use my shower that weekend because they could not finish the work.This whole experience left me bitter, nothing ruins your weekend like being told you cant shower, and having to wait weeks for a repair that was quoted to be done quickly. The finishing team was nice, and Im not saying when the project is done you wont be happy, but I would be cautious as I had a bad experience.

We have had the best experience working with Staples Tub Services! The job was estimated very quickly and when done came in under budget!!! Unheard of! Quality product and love the durability and look. Very happy. I have referred several friend, and our Church to them for work.

Called to request an estimate and we were told that the tech could provide the estimate and perform the work on the spot if we chose to do so. The tech came out and took pictures stating that he’d have to send them to his manager for the estimate and could not provide the estimate himself. In fact, they actually sent two reps just to take a couple of pics. This was a Friday and the lead tech stated we’d probably get the estimate by the end of the day. Tuesday came around and we did not hear anything so I called and left a voicemail. Thursday came and we still did not hear anything so I left another voicemail. They do not answer their phone nor do they return voicemails which basically equated to a waste of our time. I recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable company.

Staples Tub Repair did A fantastic job on my jetted tub. They were courteous on time and cleaned up everything before they left very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ill tell you why we didnt use this business. Because they never showed up. We had scheduled service today 18 September, 2020 at 1400. Took time off work to be at the house. No one showed. Called 8 times, no answer.

My clients/ friends have been extremely satisfied with the value and the quality of the work. I have been extremely satisfied as well when it came to having a cast iron tub refinished and a repair on a fiberglass tub/shower in need of repair. I will continue to recommend Staples Tub Services whenever possible.

I had my shower refinished and in months the finish on the floor of the shower was wearing off. In the refinish they also over sprayed the walls of the shower stall, since the worker did not bother to bring a short ladder to prevent spraying upward. I have repeatedly called and emailed regarding their warranty, even with pictures of the poor quality workmanship with no response. I will have to pay another company to correct the floor of the shower and certainly do not recommend this company who do not even return customer calls.

We wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. Requested a call from owner with an explanation and got none. Don’t waste YOUR TIME dealing with this poorly run company.

I live in an apartment complex. Well I guess because of that they send out their most inexperienced workers. I had my tub redone and it is as rough with ridges all over it. It is worse job anyone could have done. I look at these other reviews and they dont look that bad so I know its because I love in an apartment!! Which is is pretty shady!

Botched my tub repair badly. They rushed the job, in and out in 1.5 hours. Paint was peeled along the edges from the tape, they got water in the tub which ruined the paint, and the drain was in a puddle of paint from overspray. There were also large specs of grit and dust making it feel like sandpaper the next day. I immediately contacted, sent pictures, and requested a refund. I spoke with Brian (owner) and he eventually agreed. A month later after repeated emails and calls, I got a check for $215, meanwhile I was charged $295. No explanation, and no more returned calls. Do not use Staples Tub

Staples Tubs has done the tubs in several properties that I have renovated. They always look great and the new owners have always been happy with the results and performance.

Horrible company! Called this company due to its great reviews. Scheduled an appointment for the following week for 9AM appointment. Called them on the day of the appintoment because the service guy was late. Could not get a hold of them. Had to email to get a response. Then, the guy showed up almost an hour later. Total waste of my time. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Recently had our master bath tub and shower reglazed and all I can say is wow! Staples Tub Services was highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. The owner came out and gave me a quote and took his time to throughly explained the entire process to this newbie.The staff were punctual, professional and friendly. I was amazed how the tub and shower looked brand new. Prior to the reglaze there were a few imperfections in the shower and they smoothed them over and you couldn’t tell where they were anymore.
