I had Ashley work with me for my master bathroom remodel, and she just got me! From our first meeting until the very end, she paid attention to my tastes and my needs and came up with a bathroom even better than I could have imagined. B&T did a compete bathroom remodel, making the bathroom larger and installing fixtures from Ferguson and Vinyl flooring/shower tile from Floor and Decor. Additionally, an upgrade to our ground floor outdoor space with cabineti, electrical outlets, granite counter, outdoor fridge, ceiling fan, and Oasis ceiling to collect rain and gutter to yard. Ashley West was extremely attentive and professional. Her chosen general contractor, David was professional and does quality work. We wished his pace was a little faster but did not want to sacrafice quality and a quality job is what he did.We ran into several issues along the way, like all remodels....but they where handled with poise and responsiveness.THe only disappointment was the chosen glass door/knee wall installer for the shower. They should not have measured until satisfied with the tile work. Unresponsive, David was able to fix their dificiency and now the shower glass is perfect.

We had our Kitchen remodeled by B&T kitchen. Alison was so helpful with planning and organizing. She was available for all our questions - and never seemed to be annoyed with how many times I made changes or asked for clarification.One think that I thought was incredible, was that Alison accompanied me and my husband to the granite store and the tile store. Having her there, helped us feel like we would end up with a wonderful finished product.Over-all, I would recommend B&T Kitchens to friends and family.

This is the second time I have worked with Jennifer Carp at B&T and it is always a pleasure! This project was a small bathroom. I love the results!My previous project was a kitchen remodel which I absolutely love (see pictures)! I have had many things done at my home over the years (windows, screened porch, fence, etc.) and B&T and their contractor, Coastal Contracting, have by far been the easiest to work with! We recently worked with B&T to complete a large kitchen, living, and dining renovation. We spoke with several companies before selecting B&T, but selected them because Jennifer was able to work magic in creating a design that fit everything we wanted into the space and at a reasonable price. The whole crew was extremely polite and professional during the construction. Communication from the team was fantastic. Allison and everyone at B&T are great! Helpful, creative, professional and timely are adjectives I would use to describe them. The cabinetry is good sturdy quality and beautiful. I have sat down to right this review several times and there seem to be no truly adequate words to describe the experience we had using BT Kitchens and specifically Jenn Carp.From day one Jennifer greeted us with friendly and professional service. We live on the Eastern Shore and sometimes business across the bay treat us as if we are in Mars or that our project is not important enough. That was the opposite in our interactions with BT Kitchens.We did a complete kitchen remodel, well in reality a kitchen creation as a part of a new addition to our B&B in Cape Charles. Because we are using this as a primary component for our business we had very specific needs that might have caused any other designer problems. Jenn listened and asked deeper questions to identify our functionality needs and most importantly she heard us when we said we wanted to carry forth the historic integrity of our 112-year-old home throughout the kitchen design. She treated our experience with excitement and the passion as if it were her own kitchen, all while anticipating our needs and questions.She was patient and excited about the many decisions necessary; countertops, cabinets, hardware, tile, etc… and a great resource for appliances, floor tile and the other components of the addition. She helped us form a team and worked wonderfully with our team.As most general construction projects there were challenges with timelines and adjustments to the schedule necessary, non of which were BT Kitchens doing. Jenn had a complete understanding of the big picture that the kitchen was a part of the overall addition and was positive and creative with problem solving at each stage of the process. I NEVER felt I was left out on my own to resolve something, even when it really wasn’t the kitchen that was the issue!Our new space exceeds our expectations beyond words and the kitchen is a masterpiece yet truly a functional masterpiece! The feedback from friends and guests is at times overwhelming it is a dream kitchen and one that we feel blessed to live in and use daily!A closing thought, how many people can say that they have ZERO regrets in the creation of a new kitchen and that they love their designer even more at the end….I tell you not many!

We worked with Ashley West remodeling our kitchen and replacing the floors in our condo. She did an amazing job helping us find the right combination of cabinets, countertops and flooring that all worked together. Alison and the team at B&T Kitchens are awesome and I love my new kitchen. We bascially renovated our entire first floor with new flooring, lighting and paint and remodeled our kitchen with all new cabinets and countertops. B & T Kitchens did a remodel of my condo kitchen recently. Alison helped pick out some great colors and beautiful fixtures that are stunning in the small space. Bob Freund, the contractor, and his crew did a wonderful remodel while working within the confines of a small area and inside a high rise building. It was stressful at times but in the end they gave me a gorgeous new and updated kitchen and I am so happy with result.

B&T provided us with amazing ideas on how to re-imagine our space. The finished product is a completely transformed space that has so much more functionality than what we had before. Renovating our kitchen has been the highlight of our summer. We started with a 1994 kitchen and now have a kitchen that is a joy in which to cook and just spend time!!! I is so awe-inspiring!! We kept our original cabinet boxes, and replaced the doors and drawer fronts, along with the pullout drawers. Jerry, the famous cabinet man, had to totally sand off the old lacquer paint on the cabinet boxes and then repainted them to match the doors and drawers coming from the cabinet company. You would think that the cabinet boxes came from the cabinet company because Jerry did such a meticulous job with painting them!! He was great in that he minimized the dust from the sanding and the mess from painting. David took out my wall oven cabinets because the new ovens were too large for the existing cabinets, and then installed the new oven cabinets, along with my totally new island, which is magnificent!!! I also asked David to do some additional minor work that cropped up as my kitchen came to fruition, those little extra ideas that pop up. He gladly did these things, and the quality of his work is excellent. The work ethic and diligence of both Jerry and David is sometimes such a hard to find commodity these days. Erin brought everything together with her design, planning, and scheduling.....no nightmares of work time dragging on and on!!! I feel so blessed to have found this company and next year its on to my master bath!!

I needed to update my kitchen in preparation for selling my home - quickly - and the COVID pandemic has really affected the supply chain of the big box stores, at least appliances and countertops. Jennifer at B &T Kitchens to the rescue!She made everything so easy from start to finish. I ended up with beautiful granite countertops at excellent pricing, and Jennifer was proactively involved with the whole process. B & T Kitchen’s partnership with Rock Solid (a local stone fabricating company) is, well, rock solid. Top notch customer service, budget friendly, and people who are delightful to work with!

We hired B&T to help us increase the functionality and update our 1980’s kitchen. Allison Boylan was great, she has an exceptional eye and was very helpful in the design and choosing finishes. Coastal Contracting did a wonderful job. They cleaned every afternoon before leaving which was very helpful, they were always on time and their craftsmanship was fantastic. We absolutely love our new kitchen.

Megan is fantastic to work with and is extremely efficient. She put a plan together inside of a very short window and was able to move forward just as fast as I was able to make decisions. I would highly recommend B&T kitchens. I was someone that had no remodel experience when I walk into their showroom, I was terrified of making a mistake. We were so lucky to meet Alison, she is kind, patient and caring. She helped with our design and was there to hold our hand when we needed her. Whenever there was any issue she resolved it quickly and always put our needs first. When it came time for our walk through she found a few rough spots in our cabinets and immediately ordered new parts. I could call her anytime and if she was not in she always called me back as soon as she could. It is very hard to trust people, because of all the horror stories we hear about people hiring contractors that take their money and never complete the work. That will not happen with this company. I hope this review will let people know there is a company that they can trust and will look out for them, it is all about customer service. I also hope they will be lucky enough to find their Alison.

Alison the Senior Designer at B & T was an excellent help in navigating the multitude of selections, which can really be overwhelming. Doors, colors, finishes, hardware, shapes, counters, placements! She accommodated my special wishes (countertop cabinets for me being short, certain types of electrical connections, special backsplash, etc). I live bicoastal--some in CA & some in VA; and we surfed email questions/pictures and products like the miles didnt exist. The worker supervisor David did more than even was expected. They were slightly longer then Id expected by on-time with what Id requested. All was well except for one very expensive change that never happened, although they came in with me to discuss it. Their pricing was very reasonable and well itemized. Overall it became a picture of perfection and it looks so good, she even took photos for her portfolio. They are excellent people and I would definitely recommend their service!

B&T Kitchens & Baths completely remodeled my kitchen, removing all existing cabinets and counters down to the studs, as well as wall paper and soffits. The redesign of my kitchen was needed because I was changing to a French door refrigerator & there was no room in the original kitchen layout for that appliance. The new design was absolutely perfect, the materials used were excellent especially the quartz counter tops, the colors beautiful, the workmanship excellent, and their attention to detail and any minor corrections needed was professional. They had to move all of the appliances out of the kitchen in order to do the work and they did it with care. That also included removing wall paper in the kitchen. The time frame estimated to complete the work was met and I am delighted with my new kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone considering remodeling anything in their home. 2/20/17

We contracted B&T to remodel two bathrooms. The project proceeded pretty much as expected finishing within about a week of the original estimated completion date. We are very pleased with the Shiloh cabinets and quartz countertops recommended by B&T. The overall quality of work by the contractor/installers was excellent.

Kevin and his team were every helpful in customizing our kitchen in our new home. They worked with my wife to give her suggestions with layouts as well as granite that worked best with the cabinet color and walls. They are surely professionals.

B&T Kichens and Baths did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation. Allison Norris helped us come up with the perfect design for our house. The contractor she brought in for us, Paul Miller, had an amazing team. In just seven weeks, our former kitchen and dining room were combined into one huge room with all new cabinets, marble countertops, new fixtures, and tile work. MAY be a good place to get cabinets. I dont know because my order was mis-managed by Shannon, and I havent received them yet. I will update this review when I receive the cabinets. Worse company. Ive been there and asked for cutting and delivery of laminate countertops. Brought my drawing and everything was ok. Got a second appointment to talk about the details. But now I came in and the Lady said : oh we dont do this and we dont do that. Also this is impossible and that isnt possible . At the end she told me btw only we install the countertop. Sh... I asked before for just cutting and delivery. NEVER EVER. Keep your countertops and be happy. I buy it from somewhere else.
