Recently I took out an Allstate Insurance policy for my homes and cars. Unfortunately because I had home claims that exceeded Allstates limits I was unable to get homeowners insurance and the policy was canceled. To get homeowners insurance with another company I had to bundle my cars and dont need Allstates insurance any longer. I have tried repeatedly to have this agent cancel the auto insurance policy with no response or action. 3 emails, a regular USPS sent letter and NO ONE RESPONDS or acts on my cancelation request. I am not at all happy with this agency or how inattentive they are. Now I have to go through Allstate corporate to get my policy canceled. This is more than frustrating.

I was told one thing from their office I could make a partial payment pay half on mine and half the following month and there wouldn’t be a problem Allstate the main company canceled me and there’s nothing that my agent can do they said no matter what he’s told me I have to do what the insurance company says even if that’s what they told me and now Allstate wants an extra thousand dollars for the policy for the year thanks a lot

Allstate has been there for me when no other insurance could take the chance and wait and extra two days to receive a payment. This company rewards me with rewards from my driving. They reach out and understand before letting a customer go. I really appreciate this company and I plan to stay wjrh them for a long time.

Im not 100% sure how to answer this. The price is fair and when I was rear-ended I was taken care of. However I have sent multiple emails since Ive been with Allstate and have yet to receive a response.
