I met Mr. Cambron by accident while looking for insurance for a new motorcycle. I had been with USAA for almost 25 years, after one afternoon Mr. Cambron set me up with a policy that not only cost less than the one I had for just my jeep, but added both of my motorcycles, my camper all for under what I was pay for just the one vehicle and it was better coverage with a smaller deductible. Mr. Cambron wasnt done there he also set me up with a life investment to assist me with meeting my retirement goal, I had absolutely no clue as to what he was talking about in the beginning, he took the time to walk me through it step by step answering each and every question that i had even if I had already asked them before. Even after doing all of this Mr. Cambron was not done helping me, he took one more step and helped me find a realtor to find the house of my dreams within a price range I could afford and who would work on my time table. You would think that at this point he was done with me and moving on to the next customer, not so, I lost my wallet and had to get a new bank card, which is how my auto insurance was being paid for. The payment didnt go through and Mr. Cambron took the time to contact me and let me know, fix the problem for me so there was no laps in my insurance, or even a late notice. I am here to tell you, I usually have absolutely no use for insurance agent, in general you spend most of your time trying to keep up with their sales pitch, trying to figure out what they are saying, or playing catch up with them after you sign your policy, Mr Cambron was nothing like this, he walked me through all of it, contacted me after it was done to ensure I was happy, and understood what I had gotten for my money.
