HOA property manager contacted Zoo pro to come out and address a request for suspected wildlife concern on a 3 story condominium building for a unit owner located on the third floor. Unit owner reported concerns of scratching noises heard at night and early morning in units drywall/ceiling located in the bathroom and living room areas. Owner stated that they tried to find entry points but due to the building construction cannot access safely the soffit on the exterior without the proper equipment. Zoo pro arrived on 20 Jul 2021 in a commercial truck with a 32 ladder attached, without a lift and/or crane. The Zoo pro technician did not walk around the property or enter the property to assess the roof where the complaint of noise was reported nor to conduct an assessment on the roof to find access points (all on ring camera placed under garage). The technician when approached by the owner gave an assessment stating you have broken soffit, pointed to the end of the building where the owner doesnt reside, and stated that he saw bird droppings and birds. The technician did not have the proper equipment to assess this type of building and was confronted about giving out a false assessment without inspecting the building, and eventually admitted that he didnt have the right equipment.To make matters worse the owner or supervisor Mike called my phone to start a verbal match with me because I confronted his staff about coming out to conduct an assessment without a lift or a crane and since I dont have a license to catch wildlife I dont know what Im talking about. If you are thinking about using this company, one think twice about a business that doesnt have a physical business front, they dont answer their phone (huge red flag), and google reviews can be made by friends and family. Lastly, if you are a professional and/or you are licensed to remove wildlife I dont have to debate the fact that this equipment is needed for a 3 story condo to conduct an assessment on the exterior.Zoo pro is licensed, which I had to check due to unprofessionalism and this display from this staff and how the owner conducted himself.Now for what its worth this was my experience with Zoo pro to share to warn owners about Zoo pro. Zoo pro can can retort and state that I was a difficult customer, but what they cannot do is say that they showed up the property with a lift or a crane because we have cameras on the property.**see pictures for where the alledge soffit damages were reported by the Zoo pro technician**

Having Zoo Pros wonderful service previously for a dead squirrel in my fireplace, I immediately called them when I discovered evidence of an animals presence in my garage. Mike came out and determined I had rats. Over a months time, Mike worked to catch and remove the rats in a humane way that kept my dog safe. Mike also provided information and reassurance which I greatly needed and appreciated! Once the rats were gone, Mike ensured entry points were sealed. I want to thank Mike with Zoo Pro for removing a wasp nest from my home. I haven’t been in Virginia for long and my husband is deployed, leaving me with limited options. Mike removed the nest and didn’t charge me. It’s great to know that people still go the extra mile for families of service members!! We have used Zoo Pro several times and they aiways get the prey! They trapped 4 squirrels trying to nest in the space between the roof and the ceiling-3 stories up. One squirrel was pregnant and is now happily raising her family in Pungo.

Called Mike to come out, as I had a venomous snake bite my dog. He came out within 90 minutes to assess the yard and he took a good deal of time explaining to me and my family how to make my yard safer for my pets and hopefully deter snakes from hanging out for too long in the future. Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the information for how to proceed before he left. He clearly knows his stuff and was very kind in asking how my dog was doing, and he even took a look at the picture of the bite to determine the species of the snake for us. We recently had a poisonous snake that had made its way onto our property. It was after hours from when most places were open and Mike and his team made it happen! They came within about 30 minutes (possibly a little less) of us finding the Copperhead and removed it safely from our home. The gentleman who arrived was very professional and knowledgable about the animal and knew exactly how to handle the situation. We are very appreciative of Mike and his team for keeping our family and pets safe! Thank you!

Wow. I just called about the removal of a pregnant possum from my sons day care and whoever just answered the phone is rude and hung up on me. All I said was that the other parents are freaking out and I just wanted her relocated safe. He said “You guys are making a big deal out of nothing. Leave her be.” And hung up on me. I am so appalled. This man was so bothered I even called when I just wanted to move this poor thing somewhere safer. This man is a poor reflection on your company and I would sincerely hope you correct this matter soon. I won’t be recommending this service to anyone and I’ll be sure to tell everyone how horrible your customer service is.

We moved into a new home and thought we heard critters in the attic. Zoopros came out the next day and did a thorough attic inspection and inspection of the outside of our home and nothing was found. They were very professional, prompt and friendly! We will definitely use them again if we have a need in the future.

My mom kept hearing scratching noises between two interior walls. We feared the worst. I called Zoopro and they were very responsive and helpful on the same day. The good news was they confirmed that my moms home was safe and tight. No critters to be found. Then he showed us the raccoon, opossum, and squirrel they had rescued/removed earlier that day - they were on their way to be released in a safe environment. I appreciated their professional approach and their humane treatment of animals. This company is the real deal. I would recommend them without reservation.

I had two guys from this company come out to my house to take care of a bird issue in my attic and they were both awesome guys.The two star review is because the services were performed on 4/16/18. That same day I provided my credit card information for the services rendered and they didn’t process my $249 charge until today, 6/7/18. Fortunately, I plan financially for stuff to happen, but waiting almost two months to charge someone for something is obnoxious and unprofessional. I have to ask, what do you guys do with a customer’s financial information if you’re holding onto it for two months?

I work in the pest control industry and ran into the owner of this place. He seemed to be very nice and we chatted for a sec. He provides animal removal services (different license) and so if you need some work done give him a shot.

Great service. I had an issue with some aggressive and persistent pigeons moving into my home. I called one morning and the problem was fixed by the time I got home from work! They were also careful to ensure the animals were humanely removed.Note: The pigeons lingered - Zoo Pro gave a follow-up service to ensure the problem was fixed. The warranty is legit - the best for any wildlife rescue/removal.

After doing as much research on the subject of squirrels in the walls/ceiling, I spoke with a technician over the phone who agreed with our assumption of having a squirrel in our house. He explained the process/price of squirrel removal, also offered an alternative explanation of what the outcome of not removing would be.The qoute included timeframe for removal and cost of evaluation applied to total bill.

I had begun to lose faith that there was any service company of any type with integrity or excellent service. Thank God, my experience with Zoo Pro has renewed my faith. JB just removed a birds nest from our 2nd story soffit, and secured the vent to prevent future incidents. Then asked him to look at our outside vent, and he installed a cage. No more dang birds! His knowledge of wildlife is impressive, and he has to be one of the most polite and efficient people Ive met down here. Total pro. Would give more stars if I could.

Zoo Pro came out today as I was hearing scratching noises in my attic. Another company had been out last September, performed extensive work, but refused to honor my warranty when I called about this new problem. JB from Zoo Pro checked everything and assured me that all was secure. When I asked to pay, I was told there was no charge. The owner was concerned that I had a bad experience with the previous company. I am so appreciative and so happy to know that there are still companies like this one. I had Zoopro come out due to a bird problem in my dryer vent. The technician came out and was very nice and explained the issue and scheduled a follow up appointment to remove the bird and bird proof the vent.

My little pug alerted me to some kind of creature hiding in our shed. I picked up the dog with one arm and swung the door open with the other. I was horrified by the stench from the poor animal. It was a fox, covered with mangey patches. Its eyes looked sick. Before I could take 2 steps back, the fox zipped away. But now what? I couldnt let my dog run free in the yard until that poor creature was caught.So I called ZooPro. Mike was at the house early the next morning to bait a humane trap. He explained the next steps, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Steve Irwin couldnt have done a better job explaining the foxs nature and habits. ZooPro took care of absolutely everything. I was experiencing an unpleasant odor in my house that worsened to the point of intolerance over several days. I did not know who to call so I searched critter removal and found Zoopro. The staff came out the same day and inspected and removed the dead animal from my crawlspace. Zoopro checked back and followed up on the situation making sure that my problem was solved. I called them after Terminix could not find out what the origin of the smell was under my elderly mother’s home. She has battled with this for 3 weeks. Their technician came out on a Saturday and upon crawling under the house, immediately found the problem was a dead possum and removed it. Can’t thank them enough!
