The technician knew exactly what the problem was the minute the cover was off. He made time that same day to complete the repair. By the way,. that same day 6:00 that night he returned and completed the repair. ( who does that ). Thanks to a man called Eric H, this disabled VET can sleep in comfort tonight.

I called because the blower would not come on and the AC was out in the recent heatwave. The tech came out and did not diagnose the problem. All he wanted to do was sell me $10K worth of equipment without even looking at all of it. Charged $100 for no diagnosis and was lied to. Had another company come out and it was the blower motor capacitor. He replaced it and the air was working in 20 minutes. I called to speak with Mr Laury who refused to call me back. Another man called and left me a message. I called him back and he hasn’t returned my call all week. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging for that visit. They didn’t care to fix the AC, just rip off a customer. Shame on you Mr Laury!

Not sure where to start so my review might be all over the place, Dana came to inspect and replace the a pressure relief valve and was very thorough with inspecting the heater and the lines when something still seemed off. He explained and showed everything to me so i had a much better idea of what was going on and what needs to be replaced so the heater runs more efficiently (and less costly... the gas bills this winter were pretty painful.). Dana is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to his work, i definitely recommend Dana if you need work done.

Ned Laury sent me a bill for $1500 for 2.5 hours of work at a duplex in Penns Grove. Had bought two new gas water heaters and all they had to do was get them properly hooked up. And they didn’t even do it right yet still charged me an obscene amount of money. One tenant still has no hot water yet rather than go back and fix it correctly, Laury’s heating just keeps sending me a bill for $1500. I don’t think they’ll stay in business for long.

I was a pain in the a** as I was spending a lot of money. David was extremely patient with me always answered my questions and fixed anything that needed to be corrected for the township. I changed my mind three times on which HVAC system we were going to get David never got frustrated with me. He was very patient through the process. We also purchased a tankless hot water heater which is simply amazing.

Absolutely terrible! Because they didnt know what they were doing.,it took way longer than it should have. I got billed because they had no clue what they were doing. Only when I brought out the manual (at their request) did they finish the job. Same old patronizing generic response. Funny when I originally left my review my phone caller ID stated two calls from Laury Heating. Refund my money. ($400).Given the opportunity they will take advantage of you. Buyer beware.

We had our heating and air conditioning installed by Laury. On Thursday July 9 our air conditioning stopped working so we immediately called Laury and left a message- it was around 7 pm. By 2:00 pm the following day they still had not called us back. The weather was extremely hot and humid. My husband called them to ask about our date of installation. He politely asked why no one had called him back. The woman he spoke with had the LAMEST excuse: “ I don’t take those calls. I don’t why no one called you back.” WTH! This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!My husband had already called another company - they came right out on Friday morning and fixed our air conditioner. We are done with Laury and you should be too. Air Temp Solutions is the BEST!

What can I say. Always available by phone and easy to speak with. I enjoyed my dialogue with David Maury who was exceptional and on time in arriving to our home and providing us within hours with an estimate for work to be done. Work done was pricey, but we decided to purchase a quality indoor air conditioner/heater.

I had an error code on my Aqua Heating unit come up where it affected my hot water to stop working and Laury Heating promised to send a service tech and within an hour (sooner then expected) Dana came and you can tell he was very familiar and knowledgeable with the unit. He responded fast, confirmed what the meaning of the code was, and corrected the issue. He was fast, very respectful to my family, and you can tell he takes his job serious. Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Called and left a detailed message, received a call first thing in the morning and set up an appointment for the afternoon between 12 and 4. The officed called at 1 PM and stated service pro, Austin would be there shortly. Austin arrived and checked out the heater and determined it was the heater motor. He checked with the office and within a half hour the motor was installed and running. Austin was very professional, polite and patient along with the office personnel. I called Laury to schedule an appointment to check my furnace blower motor. They were able to have someone come out that day, and the technician (Dana) was at my house less than an hour later. This might not be the norm, but it was great to have someone at the house that fast. Dana did a great job yesterday afternoon doing the yearly maintenance service on our 2 outside a/c units and the air handlers. He was very good at what he was doing. We have been very happy customers with Laury for almost a year now. On 12/3/18 they installed a tankless water heater, new heating unit and new central air unit to our home. Yesterday we ran into an issue with our well not supplying water. Laury sent a man named Jeff out. Jeff was able to resolve our issue in very little time. This company stands by their work and their work is amazing, well worth every penny. Pricing is fair, they also offer financing. The people in the main office are helpful and very nice as well. Their service guys are great and knowledgeable, they even sent someone to do a check up on our central air in the beginning of the summer. This company is great to work with and we will be using them for years to come for all our HVAC/plumbing needs.

Dana got our heat pump working properly. He explained and showed me everything that needed to be done. He arrived in the appointment time frame I was given. He got to work and improved the cooling very quickly.

Had a leaking hot water heater. Was afraid it may have to be replaced even though it was only a few years old. Service Technician Jeff was able to identify a leaking pipe and made the repair. Great service. My highest recommendation.

I had to use them in March for our heater & recently for our air-conditioning unit. Both time we had same day(within an hour or two), top notch service. Casey in the office was extremely friendly & accommodating. Both, techs that showed up were professional, friendly, and did the job without dragging out time for extra hourly changers. Both bills were on the money with quote given. As a matter of fact, we were shocked with how little we paid in comparison with our friends & family that have used other local heat & air conditioning services to do the exact job.

Dana did an excellent job. He was quick and pleasant and explained what he was doing. He fixed the damaged air conditioning wire and taped it to another peice to prevent future damage.

(2019) I had to call Laury Heating Cooling and Plumbing for a plumbing job that went unexpectedly wrong, causing me to have a main water pipe in pieces. I called and Sam answered. He asked a few questions to understand the job and said hed be out in an hour. 54 minutes later, he arrived (right on time!) and I showed him the problem. He brought down his tools and showed me where I made a few mistakes, then fixed the main. All in all, I had water again in about 20 minutes and he made sure nothing else leaked. Sam deserves 6 stars, as he was on-time, made sure he understood the problem, gave some advice, fixed the problem, and was done in record time. Im very impressed.(2014) I used Laury Heating to replace a water heater with a new tankless to address some space issues in my house. The sales person came over and, unlike the three other estimates I received, fully explained what was going to happen, when, and how (the others were very vague and came off as unsure). Laury Heating took care of all of the needed paperwork, until I finally received a call from the gas company that everything was all set.Installation day came and the installers (Jose and Chris, I believe were their names) showed up exactly on time. The install took roughly 4.5 - 5 hours in total and when they left, I had a working heater exactly as expected. There were some very minor things that I wasnt thrilled about at the end, but they were quickly resolved with two surprises I was thoroughly impressed with.First, I received a phone call and a physical visit about 2 days after the install just to make sure that everything was working as expected. I briefly detailed the concerns I had and they were made right immediately -- no questions asked. Second, I had an issue where the heater would shut off and I explained the problem via email after hours. I was shocked to get an almost immediate reply which confirmed the problem and the fix. I was able to address the fix on my own with the tools I had at home.The installation looks great and Im very happy in my dealings with Laury Heating. Everyone that I had to interact with has been professional, responsive, and timely. Highly recommended.

I finally decided to get rid of a very, very old oil heater that was costing us so much money to heat our house. I called Laury Heating and Cooling Co. and got great response from them. We are now proud owners of a new gas heater and a new central air conditioner. Boy are we glad we switched, and Im really happy I called Laury Heating to take care of everything for us.

When I had a question about a dripping sound, a tech came out again and solved that problem by installing a special part. He also checked that our sump pump and assured me everything was fine.
