This was my first time taking my car to Ed’s Auto. They came highly recommended by a family member, and I can see why. I had an oil change and 40,000 mile check. The price was less than half of what the dealership was going to charge me and they found more issues. The communication was also great. We got a call from the mechanic explaining the issues and the woman from the front desk was so nice when scheduling and updating me on when the vehicle would be ready. I also love that there’s a friendly old dog who greets you when you go inside. We will be back with our other car soon!

Ive taken my 2010 acadia there and Bill is a great person and mechanic he tells u everything... he couldve charged me more than a grand to fix something yet it was only 15 dollars that was one time another time they said I needed a high pressure fuel pump 1100 dollars I took it to Bill he said bad gas use plus instead of regular ever since then no problems Bill is great I recommend him to whoever and dawn is also a great secretary its hard to find a great mechanic... dont go to budget definitely not Moes dont go no where except Bill hes the man 🤙👍

They said they were the best!These guys were so kind to diagnose our problem, help us find a spot to wait with our kids, fix our car at a fair price and get us back on our way.Very thankful for their kindness and help. Thieves! Ill NEVER go there again!!! This place deserves zero stars!!!No my review is not bogus at all, sadly its a true account of what I experienced. On the day I brought my Nissan in for transmission issues, there were two young guys there just hanging around with the serviceman. First, my vehicle was misdiagnosed. Then a week and a half later I noticed that the two new front tires I put on my vehicle had been exchanged for two old tires!! I was mortified and I attempted to call the serviceman but there was no way I could prove it. Therefore I decided never to return to that place, ever!! And yes, I did warn others about my experience there.

Bill is very knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail and tries to save the customer as much money as possible while performing qualityrepairs at an honest rate.Car is back at Eds. Problem still exist and was not related to the wheelhub bearings.

First impression was not good very dirty/messy looking place. Took my vehicle in for service no prob good job but my vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. I reflect back on my visit and I realized people were smoking inside the shop!!! Who allows that? Good service but very unsatisfied with the smell of cigarettes.

Dropped my Saturn Vue off for a starter replacement and Eds Auto Service had it done in no time. The price was great and the service was excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill. Anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop… I highly recommend you call Eds Auto Service.

Had a really bad noise from my front driver side wheel. Bill was great, he gave me an estimate on the brakes and labor. Next day had great news it wasnt the brakes and the work will be less. He answered my questions and everyone there was great. My first time there & I was treated like they knew me for years. Hard to find people who take pride in there work. We had a bolt snap off in the thermostat housing and it took him about 3 weeks to get it out and then he tells us our water pump is badly leaking. He charged us around $600 and I will never go back there nor will I ever encourage anyone to go there!

Simply the best my check engine light was on due to an egr problem. I had change it my self and had taken it to several places where they couldnt fix either and were charging me over 1000 bucks for something else they said it could be which it wasnt. With that price i gave up on fixing it until i found this guy searching online. Thank god I did he found the real problem in an hour and was done the next day. the price was much more less saving me hundreds and giving me peace of mind. The car is running smoothly

When my wifes car struts had failed I called Eds for a quote on the repair, needless to say Im glad I did. Service was top notch, things where explained to me in detail and coming from a background in mechanics myself they dont leave any details out for those of you not mechanical inclined. Prices are more then fair with the majority being in the parts NOT the labor which is a plus cause they tell you the cost of the parts which I noticed had very little to no markup. In short if your looking for a honest shop check this place out as they have surly captured all my future business.

They seem honest (which can be rare with mechanics), fairly priced, competent and professional. Bill is very pleasant to deal with.

I used to like this place prices seemed OK. But then I called and made an appointment for an oil change, all I wanted was oil drained and new oil put in. Cost me $88! I can go to NTB and get an oil change for 25. what a shame I won’t be going back.
