I went to this store completely and utterly frustrated and ready to close my whole account. I had tried for months with technical support both with Apple and Verizon to fix my problem and never got any where. Tyler was amazing he helped me get things figured out and actually stayed late to help me and continued to help me the next day also. He went above and beyond what I know he actually needed to do just for his job I want to say he should get some kind of recognition for all his hard work I was extremely happy to get my issues resolved and got a new phone I was able to use and happy with. Thank you so much Tyler.

True home town service! The Catt girls are seriously the best! They treat you like family and are always willing to go above and beyond. I could not be more pleased with my new phone purchase and my accessories I purchased. This store is the best and we are truly blessed to have them in our small town! Thank you for all you guys do! Tyler was extremely helpful and accommodating. He made it such an easy transitioning of phones for me. I had a little one with me and he was very patient. When my little one got restless Derek helped make him laugh and occupied his attention so I was able to continue. They both were wonderful and I was very appreciative of it!

I had spent hours on the phone with Verizon tech support trying to get my phone to activate properly, even being told my phone simply wouldnt work. When I went into the store to try once again to get it fixed, Tyler was able to solve my problem. I know where I will be going with any future phone issues.
