This visit was pleasant and the tax Associate remembered my name. The adjustment needed was corrected therefore my appointment was over in a matter of minutes. I really appreciated that.

I have been coming to Jackson Hewitt for years but as I today I will no longer be a customer or refer anyone. Mrs. Bernice Miller is normally who does my taxes and she always goes above and beyond with me and doing my taxes. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel confident about my return and her. Jackson Hewitt has a gem and it is her. I recommend her. Today I called the local office some rude man answered and said this was not the local office of Villa Rica which is suspicious since I’ve called this number a million times. I told him received a letter from the IRS about my amended return not done properly and missing information. His response was I don’t know you and I can not help you and I’m with another customer. He didn’t ask me for a name number or social to even try to help. I do recommend this office unless Mrs.Miller is available! Now what am I suppose to do, I am extremely disgusted

Had an appointment but came early and was seen before my appointment time. The woman was very kind an thoughtful letting me know what things I could do throughout the year to help with my taxes. Answered all my questions and explained where my money was going and what things are for. Very helpful. Very happy with my experience
