They were so great to work with and we are really happy with the quality of our front door and interior garage door. Barry was very responsive to any questions we had with our door selections and followed up promptly after our install. This was first time door replacement on our 1954 home that we bought 4 years ago. I did not know the doors can be so expensive. I had multiple companies come out and do the estimates. Chose Thermalcraft because of the competitive bid and raving reviews. I was kind of bummed of the long wait. I got the quote on 9/13/16 and got the door installed 12/06/16 - almost 3 months - but all of the companies told about the same timeline.Dave and other man arrived and had some concerns about the pipe overhanging the door frame - it looked very challenging, but they assured me that they will make it work as they have been doing door installs for years. I stayed home and was able to peak at the progress here and there and 4 hours later our new basement door was installed and trimmed. Crew even made custom trim on the inside of the unfinished basement.Despite the challenges, crew finished the job and made everything work. Cleaned up after themselves and handed me the keys. We are really happy with the new door - no more critters coming in through rotten door jambs!Thank You, Thermalcraft - you sent real craftsmen to do the job!

Thermalcraft has replaced 15 windows and a sliding glass door within the last few years, on 3 separate occasions. Their craftsmen are detail-oriented and they have done an excellent job each time. The quality is obvious. There was a malfunction with the sliding glass door and they quickly made it right. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or met in person has been helpful, honest, and professional.

The person who came to check the doors that I needed to replace had the wrong phone number to call me and did not have the decency of getting out of his vehicle and ring my door bell. Instead, he asked a neighbor if he was the person (me) or knew me from his car. Lack of professionalism.

We had a wonderful experience with Thermalcraft. They installed new windows in our home that was built in the 50s and has never had updated windows. We have one massive picture window in the front and had two new windows installed in our nursery. We were on a time crunch as our picture window had shattered one day from old age and I was already 7 months pregnant. I was hoping they would be done before our baby was born. They were swift with ordering the windows. On the day of installation of the windows, two men took about 5 hours from the time of arrival to finish the job. They were pleasant and respectful of our home. The windows are beautiful and give our house a nice update look with the ability to give us fresh air (something we didn’t have before!) Plus, they were able to order and install before our baby was here! (Two weeks before!) We loved working with this company and would definitely recommend them based on affordability, swiftness, ease of transaction, and beauty!

Looked at many companies for new windows after getting referred from a family member I went with Jim and his team they were the best price and they did an awesome job. The windows look terrific and once my patio doors are done hopefully will notice a big difference with the utility bills.

Never again will I be getting windows from them. They forced us to replace one of our windows that wasnt even broken and after they left, the crank broke. They refused to fix it saying it wasnt their problem. Stay away!!! Horrible company!

We had Thermalcraft replace one window and a sliding door in our home. When Jim, the owner, came out we wanted to make sure that since one window is being replaced that it would match with all the other windows in the home; this seemed like a simple concept. When the work was done we found that the window slides both ways... Every other window in our home does not. The sliding door that was installed during the first rain started leaking. When we called Thermalcraft Jims sons both informed me that that is the only product they make and that they would NEVER sell single sliders. After the call the second son called me to tell me that our order specifically states a double slider. The order does not state that its a double slider and when we called the manufacturer they confirmed that it could be a single or double. After all this the owner calls me a week later to inform me that he never told us this and that my wife must have been confused. I informed Jim that I was there for the consult too and from this point he tells me that the market wants double sliders so that is what he told us we were getting and thats that. We never had a chance to talk about the sliding glass door. No we have to replace that window again so when we sell this house one window wont be obviously different from all the others. The only this Thermalcraft had to say about any of this is that both my wife and I are obviously incorrect and we did in fact want one window that if different from every other one in the house. Be careful with this company if anything goes wrong then YOU are wrong never them.
