We went to The Door Store on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The personal service, time and knowledge of their products was outstanding! Jonathan helped us make the best decision possible by giving us all of the options available with the pros and cons to each. We purchased a door with side lights and a screen door-all of which were not standard in size. During the install, they were efficient, neat and the work was superb! The door store is awesome! Not only do they have honest people that know what they are talking about in their show room but their installation services are unmatched! My experience with The Door Store ( Villa Park location), from the visit to the showroom, the estimate appointment and the installation, was all top notch. We replaced 11 windows and 1 patio door. The installation was flawless and the crew was courteous, professional, efficient and, above all, fine craftsmen. If the windows perform as well as they look, I will be a happy man. This is the third time we’ve used The Door Store and will gladly use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality products and professionals to deliver them.

Emails and phone calls were ignored after sales associate realized our address was in Chicago. There were three home owners looking to purchase /install new doors. Store associate could not find the time within the week to simply advise they didnt service our area. Claims theyve been busy. Personally one should never be too busy to answer at least one of the emails along with a return call without me having to reach out for the fifth time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Chad Schmidt gave us options and measured our old rotten window of 27 years. He kept us informed about the estimation of maufacture to appointment install. Chad suggested a great replacement that fit our needs wonderfully!The professional install was done and clean in half a day and we couldnt be happier with the Window and Door Store from the start to the finished product!Would recommend this local business to anyone looking for a fair and honest home remodel project.

I had The Door store install a door in 2011. My house settled a bit in the last nine years. The door was sticking and was not easy to open. They came out to my house and fixed it for a very modest fee. Got to love a business that provides service after the sale.

We bought a front entry door from The Door Store last April. It was a very good experience on the sales floor. We had a lot of styles to choose from and the staff was very helpful. We were replacing an ugly 50 year old door that had sidelights and it let the cold air in from every angle. The installers were awesome, very friendly and they did a great job and cleaned up after. What really inspired me to write this review now is the recent record cold we are experiencing this week. The new door lets in ZERO cold air, our house is much warmer because of it. Kudos to a fine product and to the installers! We highly recommend The Door Store!

We are 100% pleased with the door we ordered through David at The Door Store. They custom stained it and it looks perfect. The installer was very friendly and skilled and took his time to do it right. Nothing on our 60s home is perfect or square, so it probably wasnt the easiest install. I would highly recommend them!

They have really nice doors that have a really nice price tag. My husband says, you get what you pay for. They are really well made and beautiful!

We bought replacement windows for our whole house from the Door Store in Villa Park and I am still SO happy with them even years later. One of the best investments we ever made. They really added value to our house and are a pleasure to clean!! Everyone at the Door Store is friendly and professional. We just added a new Bow Window this summer to our living room and I am SO SO happy with it!!! I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for doors and windows :)

We bought three exterior doors and three storm doors from the Door Store over the past several years. We have been most impressed with all of them, to include highly professional installations. We continue to marvel at the beauty of our front door. After several years they all look and perform like new. We recently needed a couple of small parts for the latches on the glass panes on two of our storm doors and the Door Store provided them free of charge and showed us how to install them. We made a very good choice by going to the door store for our doors.

We really enjoyed working with David on our French door project. We needed a custom-made interior French doors and David guided me throughout the process explaining all the details about possible door designs, manufacturers, glass and hardware selections and the best installation option. He was very patient with us changing our mind on the design and explained in detail what would work the best for our needs. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs new doors.

The Door Store installed two fiberglass doors in my house last fall. It took one day, there was no mess, and the doors are both beautiful and efficient. I plan to hire them again to install new windows.

Once again, The Door Store installed a door and frame to perfection. This was done in 25 degree weather. Four windows installed this past summer on a ninety year old house. We have used David and his excellent installers for years. I would not go to any other place of business for my doors and windows plus beautiful hardware.

These folks just installed 7 new windows in our home and did a top-notch job. The man who gave the estimate was well-informed and not pushy, the workers who installed the windows were friendly and courteous, and the windows are clearly of excellent quality because our home feels so much warmer and the heat doesnt come on nearly as often.

The dollar store is awesome because it has lots and lots of good good good stuff in it people should really go there more oh yeah and I still think but I think it has toys there but I might not be right I am NOT 100 percent sure dollar ramma I mean the dollar store is the best store ever because it has so much cool stuff and some people go there
