I had my power washer repaired. They did a nice job repairing it. There were a few issues concerning the machine when returned to me, but the owner called to follow up and was very conscientious about resolving the issues. I would recommend this place based on the owners quality assurance.

Walked in and was quoted $150 for a used lawn mower. Was told I would be called back when mower was ready. I called back a week later . Owner told me that he can’t sell me the mower because he would loose money. Nice.

Im able to replace the part, but it was going to take a week to order and receive it, and its snowing RIGHT NOW.Seeing my problem, the owner went into his used parts and found one that works, then had his mechanic check it. Nice guy who helped me out. Actually convinced me not to get a snowblower because the one I have is great, just fix the small issues. I bought the parts I need and was on my way. Will definitely be bringing it back to him to have him do a complete tune up.

They will pick up your snow blower for service and get it fine tuned and running for the upcoming season. Their repairs are reasonably priced and they do a great job. My snow blower needed a new pull cord and the repair shop I always go to moved much further away. A quick online look at places near my home pointed me to Mowers and More. The repair was done right away and surprisingly inexpensive. Polite, straight talk without any attitude.

Peak season, was told I would have my tractor back in 12 to 14 days....on the 14th day I was mowing my lawn. Great service, friendly staff, and they talked me out of work I didnt need. As well, they shred your credit information as soon as your card is run, which is greatly appreciated. Just another example of how they run their business. Took mower in to have blades sharpen for season. Did while I waited, which apparently they dont normally do. Good experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful owner and staff. I learn more about my lawn mower every time I come in. Hes been keeping it running for years. Never put gas in your mower that is more than 30 days old. Dont fill up your gas can. Just buy what you will use in 30 days.

Their knowledge on landscaping products/equipment is way above standard and they are more than willing to take the time to share their knowledge with you [this includes ladies] should you be seeking general info, have a specific equipment problem, or perhaps you are thinking of buying new equipment. They have a good strong tendency toward customer service.I have purchased products and new equipment from them, they have done repairs for me, and they do seasonal maintenance on all of my outdoor equipment.Without a doubt, I give them a 10/10!

The owner seems like a nice guy. But when I brought my mower in for an oil leak he said it was going to be in four week wait. I figured I could use my neighbors which would be fine. After I got home from vacation six weeks later I called him only to have them tell me “oh the part came in yesterday I’ll have it done in two days it’s a two-man job“. It cost me 100 bucks which I was OK with but now it’s been a month and I find an oil leak on my garage floor. Overall should’ve just bought a new mowerto my surprise after i wrote this review... the owner, marc, calls me and offers to pick up the mower and do what ever it takes to fix the oil problem i mentioned... After testing the mower again i realized that the oil leak on my garage floor was actually an old stain

My company needed 5 generators repaired by a specific deadline so we came to mowers and more for repairs. They completed the repairs on time and provided great pricing in a professional workman like manner. We use them regularly now for repairs and I would highly recommend this company to any friends or businesses.

I had great experience with Mowers And More. They did a great job on my lawn mower, and explained to me how to avoid the problem from recurring. The only reason I still give them 5 stars even though it took a while for them to complete the job. I saw a Help Wanted sign on the door and kind of figured it would take a while seeing that they were under-staffed. All in all it was a great experience.

This place is grate I brought in my pull start to be fixed It is a rare design that most places don’t work on they were able to fix it in 10 minutes the pricing is very clean inside Highly recommend it

Couldnt fix my china made anow joe. Wrong part

I have had a couple of jobs done at Mowers and More, and have been very pleased with the quality and service. I had a problem with the engine on my riding mower and was ready to have it replaced. Mark went out of his way to do some extra homework and learned that the warranty on the engine had been extended by the manufacturer because of lots of service issues. Mark called the manufacturer and they agreed to replace the engine. His extra effort saved me hundreds of dollars. I will definitely use this business again in the future.

Marc was great. I was heading out of town and he went out of his way to make sure the repair was done before I left. No question I would return especially considering his prices are lower than the shop down the street.

Had bought a snow blower for a $1000.00 in November 2014. It broke down in March 2015. They didnt come and pick it up for 3 weeks. Then they took 8 months to repair it and had to do additional work because it sat so long. I called and called and stopped by only to get excuse after excuse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also Ill do my own service from now on.

I had a good experience. They new there job and explained everything about the snow blow. They delivered on time and were polite.

Great service and line up of products. I recently purchased a Husqvarna 445. Mark was very knowledgable and left me feeling comfortable that I was making the right choice between saws.

Disappointed is an understatement. The owner was very friendly and personable, but prices are outrageous and do not reflect what is posted in the business. I brought in a 1 year old snowblower in perfect condition that needed a flue system tune up because a small amount of fuel was left in the mower at the end of the season. I was recommend this option because it was cheaper. All I was told was I needed to pay $80 upfront just for them to look at the snowblower. I was not updated on anything during the process and was not told how much repairs would cost before they were made. A month later my snowblower is finally ready for pick up and I am hit with another $90.00 charge. $170 to replace a fuel line and clean out the system is ridiculous and I was never given a quote or offered any alternative options. Must be nice being able to charge whatever price you choose and not give your customers any estimate or options whatsoever. Will never do business with them again.

Great Service and very responsive. When we got our first big snow in the suburbs, the left Side Auger stopped functioning on our Ariens Snow Thrower. We called and they responded very quickly to help us. They offer a service to pick up our snowblower since we dont have a vehicle to get it there (extra cost for this, but well worth it!). This made the whole process seamless! They work well with the Ariens warranty department and dropped the snowblower off when it was completed. I will definitely be back for any issues and continue to come back with our mower in the spring!

Ive been working with Mark for 2 years now . I bought all 3 Exmark mowers from him for my lawn care business. 30 Exmark, 36 Exmark, and a 52 Exmark. Mark was outstanding on price and more importantly the service . I run into the store 2 to 3 times per week with questions and repairs with trimmers and saws .
