These gentlemen are so professional and care about the results. I had cat urine from random accidents in my basement carpet that I cleaned but was unable to eliminate the odor . Several dollars down the drain and hours spent working carpet later i decided that I had to call in a professional. The team came out three different times without any additional charge to ensure the odor was removed. I greatly appreciate their customer service al around. They were prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and cared. Would call them for any future carpet concerns for sure.

An illustration of how a genuine handwoven oriental rug looks, before (lower half) and after (upper section) the “deep cleaning”.That type of cleaning is done by brushing the carpet with hand first and thereafter steam out the dirt. This is a little bit more expensive but the results are amazing. The hand brushing makes the difference and understandably the extra labor will be included in the price. They also clean the carpet from both sides, basically meaning you get two for the price of one.The steam cleaning alone has results also but not as good this make sure you ask for “deep cleaning”.Overall the service is very affordable and they are very flexible in scheduling and individualizing their process.

I was very impressed at the state of my carpet after it was cleaned; I should have taken a before picture. The carpet was never cleaned for the past 8 years and they were able to take almost all the dirt out. I am sure if they spent even more time it would looked almost new. The owner was very courteous and trustworthy. I had to leave my home to run an errand and when I returned he and his worker were still hard at work. I have two cats and the material he uses is pet safe and biodegradable. I require any visitors to my home to remove their shoes which always is a bit uncomfortable so, it was welcoming to see that they immediately put on booties. I told the owner that if I ever move I will be sure to call him again for do the rest of my carpets. Now that I understand that I should regularly clean my carpets he will be my go-to service. Overall, I am have never been completely satisfied with any contractor coming to my home until today and if my home could speak it would give me a hug and thanks.

This is an amazing small business. We had a roof leak that started dripping through into the living room, and soaked our oriental rug. Very nice people, great job, some little splotches showed up a couple of days after the job. They came back even after the warranty was over and the cleaned the carpet free of charge. No spots, smells better and I feel much more refreshed now that the house is clean.

Ive had Violet Enterprise clean my carpets for over two years now. They do a wonderful job and work hard to get rid of the stains that are the aftermath of three young boys. They were very responsive to a very serious flood in my basement with over 6 inches of standing water. They came out right away and diligently removed the water and set up fans. They also referred me to a specilist who fixed the underlying problem with the sump pump.
